2002 Corvette Z06 - 11,239 miles. I am the original owner of this mint condition 2002 Z06. I purchased this car Columbus Day of 2001 and have kept it in a garage and under a car cover ever since. This car has never seen any type of inclement weather. This car was one of many I have owned, so unfortunately it hasn’t seen much use. Even though this car spent much time sitting, it was still maintained frequently. The oil has been changed well over a dozen times, even though there is only 11,000 miles on the clock. All fluids have been changed, including the clutch, differential and radiator fluids. Tires were recently swapped due to dry -cracking of the original rubber. The factory wheels are in perfect condition minus the small marks from the original factory wheel weights. A new battery was just added last year and has been kept on a battery tender while not in use. The body of the car is immaculate and is free of any dents, dings or scratches and the paint pops like the day it was purchased. Upon arrival, this car was treated to a clay-bar cleaning and Zaino polymer paint protection. This car has always been adult driven and has never been tracked or raced. As for originality, the car is almost completely original. The dealer had added a Hurst shifter and a 390 rear differential with hardened output shafts. This makes 6th gear more usable and adds a more enjoyable level of drivability in local traffic. The car also received a carbon fiber intake (black and red to match engine covers) and an LS1-edit tune (376 horsepower at the rear wheels). After doing both of these the car runs better and actually gets better fuel mileage. Appearance additions include a custom trunk partition that was made to match the black and red leather interior. I also upgraded to a full set of Lloyds mats, which includes trunk liner. The rear trunk lid has a West Coast Corvette trunk lid liner. A shorty antenna was purchased but the factory antenna is included. A chrome exhaust plate was added to the factory rear fascia. Stainless steel mesh was added to all brake and fender vents to match the factory front air ducts. This car has all options that could have been added to a Z06 - minus museum delivery. Body side moldings, heads up display, memory package, Electrochromic Mirrors Please email me with any questions or if you require specific pictures. Please no insulting - low ball offers. All of theses modifications not only make this car much more fun to drive but increase the fuel mileage. Cosmetic upgrades - Lloyds mats, chrome exhaust plate, billet Z51 custom rocker panel emblems, customers painted front license plate bracket with quick removal feature All maintenance has been done by the local Chevy dealer and / or Vette Doctors. All fluids have been changed as well as routine oil and other maintenance. No expense was sparred...... Up for auction is a 1980 Pontiac Bonneville 2 door that I have owned for a few years ,I planned to give it a really nice paint job and bring it back to like new condition , but I have lost storage and need to sell a few cars. I bought this car with the mileage stated as original 31,000 but it could not be verified, it was running rough and I had the carburetor rebuilt, the man rebuilding the carburetor asked me how many miles were on it ,I told him it was either 31,000 or 131,000 he told me it was definitely 31,000 because the carburetor was factory original and in such great condition, he also told me there was a factory defect in the carburetor and it must have run badly its whole life, probably the reason it had such low miles. This car now starts right up , its quiet and super smooth running ,it shifts perfectly, suspension is as tight as a new car ,and you can drive it anywhere .The body is in need of restoration ,paint is cracking and looks old, has some dings and scrapes , bumpers are pit free and very shiny ,chrome trim is very nice ,tires are in excellent condition, interior is above average, original GM mats, and owners manual . The car is located in long Island, New York.
