The actual VIN number for this vehicle is BNR32001606This vehicle does not have a standard US VIN number So I've decided to put my 1989 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR up for sale. A little background information for you if you if you don't already know. This car dominated the Japanese street racing circuit in the 90's, earning the nickname "Godzilla." Partially because its a monster, partially because they were only made in Japan. In fact, only 4,000 of this model were made. And yes, it is right hand drive. Additionally, when these were made, there were regulations in Japan that set a limit at how much horsepower could be produced from auto manufacturers. As a result, Nissan secretly made this car with about 320-340 HP and only advertised it as 270 HP or so. Engine is a RB26DETT twin turbo inline six!!! The car has been very well taken care of, is in excellent condition for a 30 year old car, and the motor runs very strongly and cleanly. I just returned from a trip to Toronto without any problems whatsoever. Absolutely everything works and all recalls/campaigns are complete and up to date. Oil change just completed recently as well. This R8 is available for inspection in metro Milwaukee, WI. Free airport transportation is available from MKE. If you desire a 3rd party inspection, I can take it to any of the 3 Audi dealers in Milwaukee. The R8 also has Canadian origins and in addition to the clear Ontario title, a Form 7501 import doc, EPA standard form 3520, and the DOT HS-7. Before any money exchanges hands, I will send winning bidder/buyer copies of all the above. If your state requires additional paperwork, please let me know but nearly every state I've come into contact with, the above docs are the required. If you are the winning bidder and prefer a US title, please add $490 to the sale price and contact me before bidding/making an offer. I'm very transparent and will gladly work with any title office or bank to ensure a smooth transaction. Being retired military, I have the time on my hands to deliver within a week of the end of the auction. I do have a truck and access to an enclosed trailer and charge $2.50 per loaded mile. Car would need to be insured by the new owner though BEFORE I set off on the trip, as my current policy does not cover auto transport. I do not accept paypal for either the deposit or the balance due on the car. Accepted forms of payment are cash (in person of course) and bank to bank wire transfer. I would be happy to meet with a 3rd party to inspect the car and can deliver it to a local dealership for an inspection at prospective buyer's expense. Wheel's do show a slight blue tint but seems to be from the camera/lighting. They are definitely gloss black. Selling my 85 El camino. It is a very very clean car. It is a total redo except frame. Has a 355 smb motor from the 70's professionally done has around 1000 miles on it since it has been in car, has a 200 r4 tranny which was also professionally rebuilt which also has around 1000 miles on it since rebuilt, 343 gears new and bearings. I have 20,000 invested in the car. Better then new. There are a lot of things that have been done to this car and there is to much to list. Some of the things are has all new interior, floor shifter, all new front in parts, fiberglass rollpan bumpers, all new window moldings, has Camaro rims on it which they were powder coated black, and much much more.
