Had a new top made, with the tinted back window, the installer had some issues (First One??) and had it back to him 3-4 times due to leaks. They corrected that but went to put the top down one day and started to snag so put it back up and disengaged it. It needs to be adjusted and did NOT want to break anything after spending all the money on the new top. 2. There is a on and off squeaking belt so took it to Dose BMW and it stopped (Figures). They checked all the belts and all are good (like to replace them regularly) but said it could possibly be the supercharger. I had a new one installed in 2005 so might be time for a overhaul on it. 3. I just started getting a check engine light, It comes and goes. Dose BMW said the code was secondary air and said it was a vacuum hose leak and would take a bit to track it down.4. There are some chips on the hood and around the car so bought some BMW touch up paint and now looks worse.So bought the DR. Color Chip package and also the paint package from Express Paint that was matched to the car. These will also go with the car as I haven’t had the time to do it right. 5. A couple of the rims have some slight curb rash and can be sanded out.

Selling for a friend who bought a new car. It served him well over the years. I have the carfax on hand and the Arizona title. I haven't checked out too much myself. I do know that he drove over 300 miles to bring it to me to sell. So that is a sign that it runs well. The drivers window does not work and there is a pretty big dent on the passenger front fender (as pictured). The AC and heater did work when I tried them. The engine is strong and pushes you back in your seat pretty good. The leather has typical wear and the drivers seat seems to be stuck in a more laid back position. The car did pass AZ smog last year, but I'm not sure about CA smog. You will receive a single key with remote, a title where I signed the back, and a bill of sale from me to you. The car is sold as is with no assurance of anything working. However, I am trying to describe this accurately so there are no surprises on pickup. The original airbox is not there, it has a cone air filter intake. Also there seems to be some exhaust modification as it is louder than normal. I will try to get a picture of the exhaust system when I can.

New drive shaft. 17" IROC Camaro wheels. Rear tires with only a couple hundred miles and fronts with a few thousand. This car has not seen water on it's body for 13 years I know of and is garage kept. Previous owner told me same thing about the 12 years in his possession. The paint is base coat clear coat and has normal wear and tear as it is driver. You want a show car take this one and spend the $ necessary. The vinyl upholstery has no visible wear and tear and the carpet is days old. All glass is original. I have front windshield rubber as I was going to replace glass which has small rock chip and wiper streak. I never got to it so you may have the rubber. Rust was cut out of rear fenders and metal replaced when painted. I think from what I can see from underneath the car that foot wells in front were replaced sometime. Stainless around bed is dented as you would expect from a car this age. Bed is Rhino lined. This car is drives like it is on a rail. Pedal response is immediate and steering is rack and pinion quick. This motor was designed to pull a 9000 truck and is in a car weighing around 3500 lbs, 360HP and 380 FT LBS torque makes this 6 liter motor power the El Camino like never before. If you are a car nut and have been watching the latest trend in rodding you have noticed more and more LS modifications coming out. Add the stability of Corvette suspension and now you have my car. Now that I know the ropes I am thinking of another project. I have been doing cars all my life and if you want to see some my other projects I can send some pics upon request.
