This is a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe – 4wd. IT HAS ZERO RUST, body or frame. I actually have two of these trucks, a 1998 and this one, a 1999. I had one Tahoe and one Silverado. My Silverado was my work truck but got totaled in a collision. I bought this Tahoe to use as a work truck (really just tow my work trailer). Bottom line, it’s just not going to be practical to work from. My family knows the family I bought it from. It was an older husband and wife. The wife owns a bakery and used the Tahoe to deliver cakes and décor for her bakery/catering business. Her husband is a diesel mechanic. The awesome thing is, he is the type of guy who kept his vehicles running perfect. There aren’t any problems with this truck. You can drive it hard; accelerate hard, brake hard. It shifts perfect, stops great. Since buying it I’ve taken 80 mile trips in it twice. Basically just to test its reliability. I wouldn’t want to sell it to a lady or kid and it lay down on them or break down. The body is dent free but has several scratches. The blue paint shines well but the hood and roof are doing the typical Chevy thing and fading badly. The interior is leather and is all there but the carpet has some stains. It is far better than most vehicle’s its age but not great by my standards. Tires are probably 70% and are Firestones. You can go 80mph on the interstate, set the cruise, and let go of the wheel. IT DRIVES GREAT. I know the full history of the truck from new. Call and Ill be happy to give you the details. 5.7 Liter TBI motor Leather inside with REAR AIR CONDITIONING NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, READY TO JUMP IN AND GO. It’s a good looking, great running, reliable, 4wd, v8, SUV. There is a crack in the windshield but it really doesn’t bother me. I want $3300 for it. With the options, retail is $3443 and fair market is $3043. I challenge you to find a Tahoe of comparable condition with ZERO rust. DO NOT make me BS offers. I have no problem keeping it. I recently drove to Louisville in my 98 and averaged 18mpg on the interstate. Call me with questions. This vehicle is a high mile (146724) vehicle but has been very well maintained, has all new tires (P265/70/17), brakes. Oil has been changed regularly, transmission was flushed back in Sept of 2014, took it to the mechanic twice a year to have a bumper to bumper go over, we kept it running, driving and looking good at all times. Comes with the towing package (reese hitch, in cab trailer brake system), rain guard on rear windows only and bug shield, has heated leather bucket seats, the 3rd row seating is removable, passenger sensing system to arm the passenger air bags, power door locks are programmable, liftgate glass and liftgate, it stiill has the original owners manuals that came with it, this Tahoe is fully loaded!
