Up for sale is my sons 2005 Chevy Suburban. This vehicle has been well maintained and is in above average condition for its age and milage. The interior has light gray leather interior in very good condition. The only real wear is on the drivers seat. (see picture). Although the exterior has some stone chips and door dings to be expected on a 10 year old vehicle it too is in above average condition. The underside has little to no rust. In the last year the front and rear brakes have been replaced. Tires replaced 7 months ago. Brand new battery and fresh oil change. The rear spare tire carrier has also been replaced. There are no leaks or drips anywhere under the vehicle. Recently passed Virginia safety and emissions inspection. No warning lights on. Headlamps have been replaced with projector style lamps and smoked turn signal lenses.Tail lamps are smoked LED style. The factory front and rear lamps are included with the vehicle and can be re-installed if you prefer. Although the vehicle is in very good condition there a few things that dont work. The heated seats do not work and 3 of the tire pressure monitor sensors are bad. Cruise control does not work due to the LED tail lights. If I get close to the Buy it now price I will replace the tire pressure monitor sensors and include a full tank of gas. The vehicle has no warranty either expressed or implied and is for sale locally so listing may be removed early. All this being said this is really a sound and reliable vehicle and has frequently been driven back and forth from D.C. area to Cleveland without any problems. Vehicle is located in Cleveland Oh. area.
