This truck is in good condition overall, and very good to excellent condition for a dedicated work truck. It is ideal for a contractor with plenty of storage space for tools and equipment and a comfortable ride for a work crew of 4 or more. The bed has an added raised plastic grid liner which drains extremely well. The KargoMaster rack is heavy duty and is in very good condition. The Omaha service body is also in good shape. Far better than most 8-year old service body units. The commercial graphics from my company are easily removable. They have not yet been removed, but can be if requested before changing ownership. The original paint on the cab is still in very good condition, but is due for a polishing, yet is still shiny right now, not oxidized at all. Tires have only about 13K miles on them. The interior is in nice condition and not worn the way you might expect of an 8 year old work truck. Surprisingly clean. The driver's window and lock module has been acting up for a couple years. Never got around to replacing it, but just had an estimate to repair for $349 for parts and labor/reprogramming of the master switch. The windows and locks themselves work fine. I only have 1 key, which is all I got when I purchased it. Additional keys are available through GM. The title is free and clear. I am the 2nd owner as far as I know. There is no longer a bank loan/lien on the truck. I have the title sitting on my desk right next to me, ready to transfer to new owner. The truck is still legally registered in CT with CT plates on it. I now live in MD and have closed the company (which is partially why the truck is for sale). The truck is in Maryland now, ready to show. I would like any potential buyers to see the truck before committing to buy it. But a deposit will be necessary to hold it until you can see it, should you decide to click Buy it Now. Ideally potential buyers will be in my somewhat local area, so that seeing the truck before making an offer is realistic.
