For sale is my 2014 Ford F-150 Super Cab XLT, which I purchased new on 2/4/2015. At the time of this posting it has 32,000 miles. I am the original, non- smoking owner and it is in beautiful condition. This truck is still under full bumper-bumper warranty until 36,000 miles, and power train until 60,000.The truck is my personal vehicle. It was not used like a truck. I did not do any off-roading (other than driving on the occasional groomed dirt / gravel roads), heavy hauling, or trailer pulling. My highway to city ratio is roughly 70:30. In essence, it was used as a commuter vehicle. I take impeccable care of my vehicles, and this truck is no exception. Starting from break in, which was done in a careful and intentional way, through to my keeping a strict maintenance regimen. The break-in consisted of overly gentle driving (acceleration and braking) for about the first 3,000 miles, with an oil change at 3,000. I ONLY use full synthetic in my vehicles and maintenance is done by my mechanic, who has been servicing Fords for over 30 years. Regular oil changes at 5,000 miles were kept thereafter, which is much sooner than Ford recommends. Waxed twice a year. Once before summer and once before winter. I always have the upper AND lower body washed after snow storms to remove salt. I am selling this truck because business is taking me to Spain for an extended period of time, later this year. I'm sure you could do it if you have minor mechanical ability, and more importantly, the time.I have done my best to show the blemishes in the pictures. This truck is in good condition overall, and very good to excellent condition for a dedicated work truck. It is ideal for a contractor with plenty of storage space for tools and equipment and a comfortable ride for a work crew of 4 or more. The bed has an added raised plastic grid liner which drains extremely well. The KargoMaster rack is heavy duty and is in very good condition. The Omaha service body is also in good shape. Far better than most 8-year old service body units. The commercial graphics from my company are easily removable. They have not yet been removed, but can be if requested before changing ownership. The original paint on the cab is still in very good condition, but is due for a polishing, yet is still shiny right now, not oxidized at all. Tires have only about 13K miles on them. The interior is in nice condition and not worn the way you might expect of an 8 year old work truck. Surprisingly clean. The driver's window and lock module has been acting up for a couple years. Never got around to replacing it, but just had an estimate to repair for $349 for parts and labor/reprogramming of the master switch. The windows and locks themselves work fine. I only have 1 key, which is all I got when I purchased it. Additional keys are available through GM. The title is free and clear. I am the 2nd owner as far as I know. There is no longer a bank loan/lien on the truck. I have the title sitting on my desk right next to me, ready to transfer to new owner. The truck is still legally registered in CT with CT plates on it. I now live in MD and have closed the company (which is partially why the truck is for sale). The truck is in Maryland now, ready to show. I would like any potential buyers to see the truck before committing to buy it.
