We bought this Truck From A 83 year old elderly Gentleman in Livermore Calif who had it for 47 years and drove it out of his garage for us to take away You will receive a copy of the original Registration when he bought it in 1967 . You can send someone to check it out or i can give you a few names of local Shops in town for you to send someone over to my house for you to check it out for you as truck is being sold AS IS, NO Returns . You can pick up Truck Local at My House or Buyer is responsible for Shipping cost and a 500.00 NON Refundable Deposit when auction ends , No EXCEPTIONS . If we sell the truck in Person during this Auction we have the right to end the Auction early It has the original 6 volt system, New Starter, Battery, Regulator , New Carburetor , New Choke cable Old owner did the Brakes and my mechanic did other minor repairs. Truck is a great old truck that runs.You can send your own mechanic to my home to test drive it, Check every inch of it out with their own eyes and make the final Decision for you to purchase it . The last owner had a welder cut out and replace two small spots were rust was, I was told he did a perfect weld job but did not sand and prime after replacing some minor rust. It is now rust free I am told . It is an original 6 volt truck, Tires look new but were put on a few years back .You can also talk to our cars family Mechanic and he will tell you anything you want to know . Once again I have been told by friends Its a Great truck and yes it runs but may need a little help So Make an Offer . The passenger window and wing window does have cracks. I was told you can get any part for this 3100 5 window truck The Paint does have Chips and Scratches in some areas. Please also read Condition statement description above . I tried to be Honest here and answer or post what I know about this truck but I am no expert or Mechanic so please ask questions or send your mechanic before bidding as sold as is . Truck is a great old truck that runs but needs someone to make it their own bundle of joy by putting a few bucks into it. You can send your own mechanic to my home to test drive it, Check every inch of it out with their own eyes and make the final Decision for you to purchase it . The last owner had a welder cut out and replace two spots were rust was, I was told he did a perfect weld job but did not sand and prime after replacing some minor rust It does not have power steering and the Tires look new but were put on about 2005 I was told from the gentleman who owned it for 47 years .You can also talk to our cars family Mechanic and he will tell you anything you want to know . Once again I have been told by friends Its a Great truck and yes it runs . The passenger window and wing window does have cracks , and all gauges and knobs on the dash do need to be replaced see pictures . I was told you can get any part for this 3100 5 window truck . In my posted pictures Their is one picture behind the outside of the cab on the running boards where the old mufflers years ago came up through there . I was also told by owner he put a rebuilt motor in there years ago and it has about 55/65 k Miles on it now That 55/65 K Miles is not Guaranteed by anyone as the elderly gentleman who owned it is 81, a real nice guy but could not be exact for me. The Paint does have Chips and Scratches in some areas.. It has a Tow hitch on the back of the truck . The Drivers door opens and closes but could use a little adjustment and has no keyed lock on the door handle . Feel free to call or e mail with questions 415-254-3995.
