THIS IS A USED 1997 CHEVY MALIBU LS V6 THIS CAR HAS NEWER TIRES(LESS THAN ONE SEASON OLD), NEWER BELTS,ALTERNATOR,BATTERY. THIS CAR DOES NEED SOME MINOR WORK, GREAT FOR ANYBODY THAT IS MECHANICALY INCLINED. I BELIEVE YOU WILL NEED A NEW HEATER CORE, BECAUSE YOU CAN SMELL THE ANTIFREEZE WHEN THE HEATER GETS TURNED ON AND RUNS FOR A BIT. I THINK THE THERMOSTAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ALSO. YOU WILL NEED TO INSPECT THE REAR PASSANGER SIDE BRAKES, I NOTICED BRAKE FLUID LEAKING WHEN I HAD THE CAR STARTED SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO TAKE THE TIRE OFF AND EXAMINE THE CALIPERS. I LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT BE LEAKING FROM A RUBBER BRAKE LINE.THE CAR DOES HAVE ALOT OF MILES, BUT WHEN IT RUNS IT STILL SOUNDS GOOD. INTERIOR ROOF LINING IS SLIGHTLY COMING DOWN, A LITTLE SPRAY GLUE AND THIS COULD BE FIXED, SEAT ARE STILL VERY NICE. THIS CAR HAS NEVER HAD SMOKERS IN IT, SO THERE IS NO STRONG SMELLS IN IT. THIS WOULD BE A FINE CAR FOR THE WEEKEND MECHANIC, OR THE GUY WHO HAS THE SPACE AND TIME CAN PART IT OUT AND MAKE A KILLING!!!
