Exceptionally well-maintained classic Super Sport with a great running, original, numbers-matching 327 engine. I upgraded the transmission to a turbo-350, but I kept the original powerglide, and will include it in the sale. Body is very straight, very solid. Lots of new stainless trim. Newer, sharp-looking interior. New dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. . .sounds really sweet. For the listed price, the car comes with its original stock steel wheels, original Super Sport spinner wheel covers, and original fender skirts. In the past, I've run it with a couple different tire/wheel combinations, (pictured) and for additional money, I'm willing to sell the car with the other pictured 18" tire/wheel option. Bottom line: this is a really good-looking car. Everywhere I take it, people come up to me to compliment me on it and chat. 1968 IMPALA SS CONVERTIBLE WITH ORIGINAL MATCHING NUMBERS 275 HORSE 327 4 BARREL AND FACTORY M20 4 SPEED. This is a factory Matador red car with white pearl interior. the top is in ecellent condition and goes up and down smoothly by the press of a switch. most of the car still has it's original paint . the only thing that dosent work is the gas gauge ,it stopped working when i had the tank cleaned and flushed ( Imagine that ). tires are nearly new,all new exhaust system from manifolds to rear bumper. radio works,heater everything else works.has glass back window. this is a super nice driver but really is not a show car. last time tabbed was in 2012 . I have free and clear title . Car cover is included This is the last time the car will be listed.
