Custom 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS For sale, by owner, is a beautiful 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS. This is a true SS, that has recently went through a full (frame on) restoration. This car was restored with the idea of driving it to any show within the continental United State or Canada; entering any type of show; then putting your trophy in your custom trunk and driving back home. This car was tastefully customized for any generation. This is simple a beautiful car, with classic lines and modern comforts (see below for more details). Body and Paint- 100% rust free. All rust was cut out and replace with sheet metal. There were no short cuts taken.- Body and paint work was completed in May 2015. After putting countless hours into the body work, the Painter was able to talk the owner into the beautiful blue you see in the photographs. He was right, it is the perfect color for this car. Sometime it pays to listen to the professional.- New chrome (bumper, trim and emblems).- New windshield (the rest of the glass was in very good condition). Interior- Custom grey leather interior, with blue double stitching. As you can see in the photographs, the front seats were replaced with new power seats that are extremely comfortable. - Dakota gauges (blue lighting and grey background).- Custom Pioneer stereo (with bluetooth, new speakers, amp. and 1-12" sub.).- Custom trunk that matches the interior and exterior. Very clean. Wheel- Coy C5, chrome wheels (20x8.5-front and 22x10s-rear)- 4 wheel disc brakes (Right Stuff brakes) Exhaust- Custom Tubro dual exhaust, that are tucked neatly under rear bumper. Engine and Transmission- Create Chevy 350 with only 200 miles, and comes with a GM warranty. 300 hp and new components. - Create 700R overdrive transmission, again with only 200 miles. This transmission is grate on the highway, and help with gas mileage. The car is garage kept and located in Brandywine, MD (which is right outside of our nations capital Washington, DC).
