1969 Chevelle SS 396 – Original 325hp car I have many, many receipts. I've owned this since December of 2008. I purchased it in North East Texas at that time.Add your favorite paint to make this beautiful car your own. I never painted it because I wanted to maintain more of the original appearance. Born-again current condition: Very solid from the inside out, very dependable, excellent driver. It will smoke the tires into 3rd gear, and in overdrive/4th gear it'll cruise on the highway at 75 miles an hour at around 2200 RPM's. It's amazing!! 556 cubic inch Dart motor solid lift roller motor (4.5" bore x 4.375 stroke x 6.385 rod length) – snaps to 6500 RPM where it very solidly shifts gears (approximately 700 horsepower carbureted). I have a number of parts that haven’t yet been put on the car, and that will be included with it for this sale (QA-1 front coil over shocks, QA-1 rear coil over conversion shocks, new close ratio steering gear box, new gas tank with rear sump, new vinyl top, various interior parts, and a new set of SS396 emblems in case you ever decide to paint it). I also have the original hood that will go with the car, and the ventilation system pieces.
