Up for auction is my 1957 Chevrolet 3100 Series Short Bed 1/2 ton Pickup! It`s powered by a newer-model 250 cubic inch inline 6 cylinder engine and it`s original 4 speed transmission. This truck also retains it`s original rear differential, but it has been upgraded with "highway friendly" 3.31 gears. The brakes are manual drum, front-rear. Steering is also manual. The front axle is a "dropped" straight axle - that gives it the "low" stance. It runs great and drives good. Brakes are good. Clutch works perfect. It has been updated with a CD Player in the dash and also has a newer-model alternator (12 volt electrical system). All of the lights work: headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn signals. The wipers work great as well as the heater. All of the gauges work: gas gauge, speedometer, engine temp and oil pressure. This is a great cruiser. It always starts right up! It has good oil pressure and never overheats. It doesn`t have any noticeable fluid leaks. Overall this is a great classic truck. The body is solid and the paint is driver quality. The windows roll up and down smoothly and the window felts and door weatherstripping is in good shape. The body shows a couple small dings here and there, no big dents. I do not see any significant rust to speak of. I can see where there was some minor rust in both cab corners that has been cosmetically repaired. The rest of the body looks good. There is a few chips and scratches as this is a driver, not a trailer queen. The paint is older but looks very presentable. This is not a show truck and is not a freshly restored truck. It is 58 years old and does have a few cosmetic flaws. If you understand this, you`ll be happy with the truck. I have been an Ebay seller for 14 years. I have perfect feedback. This is a super nice C10. Equipped with a 350 V8, Turbo 350 automatic transmission and 12 bolt rear-end. It has power steering and power brakes. The front brakes have been upgraded to discs, yet still retain the 6 lug bolt pattern.This is an A/C truck but the compressor, condenser and lines have all been removed by a previous owner. The heater does work. The windshield wipers do not work, but I`m not sure why. The gas gauge seems to work but I`m not sure of it`s accuracy. Also has a CD player in dash and it sounds pretty good. The interior is in good shape with no rips or tears. The paint is brand new. While it`s a very nice paint job, I want to point out that it`s not perfect. It is still quite nice though. The body is straight and solid. The color is Dodge Viper red. The only rust that I`ve seen is some small holes in a couple of the bed supports, underneath the truck. Not bad at all and should not be a concern. The front fenders, inner fenders and rockers have been replaced prior to getting the new paint job. The only other thing to mention is there is a small hole in the bed floor, on the driver`s side, near the rear wheel housing. It is about 1" x 4". The fuel tank is a Tanks Inc unit and is relocated under the bed, behind the rear axle. The odometer reads 77,226 but I cannot verify if this is actual miles or not. The engine is basically stock with a small cam, Edelbrock intake, Holley 600 carburetor and long tube headers. The rear gears are highway friendly. The wheels are 15x8 GM rally with new BFG Radial TA tires. This is a nice running and driving truck. I am located in Pottsboro, Texas (1 hour north of Dallas). Custom built 1981 Chevrolet C10 short wide bed pickup. Has a professionally installed air ride system featuring a pair of Viair 480c compressors, a pair of 5 gallon air tanks, (8) Xtreme 350 plus valves, AVS 7 series cord controller and air bags at all 4 corners with KP 4 link rear suspension kit. Rides great. Equipped with a healthy 350 V8 with an Edelbrock carburetor, Edelbrock intake and long tube headers. Engine has a mild performance cam, it runs great and sounds awesome. Has a Turbo 350 transmission and Chevrolet 10 bolt rear end. Truck has power steering, power disc brakes, tilt steering and CD player. The AC has parts missing and does not work. It can be repaired and working again with some parts and labor. The heater works fine. This appears to be a factory black truck. Truck has satin black paint. The paint job is good but not perfect - it has a great look. The body is straight but has a few dings here and there, nothing big. This is a solid truck with no rust issues. The interior is almost all new. The seat, dash and carpet are brand new. The door panels and headliner are in good condition. The windshield is new. The wheels are 20" Centerline Smoothies and look great with bullet center caps and bullet lug nuts. The tires are brand new and have less than 10 miles on them. Very clean 1993 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Dually 1 ton Pickup. Has clean Carfax. Never wrecked, mileage is legit, no recalls, no mechanical issues. This was bought new in Texas and has always been in Texas. This is a solid, rust-free truck. This is a 2 wheel drive truck. This truck is loaded with all options except leather interior. Equipped with a 7.4 liter, 454 cubic inch, big block fuel-injected gasoline engine and a 4L80e Heavy Duty automatic transmission with overdrive. It has a cold air conditioner, tilt steering, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power door locks, power seat, cruise control, CD player, tinted windows, heavy-duty grille guard, heavy-duty oversized toolbox, Gooseneck hitch, Reese 5th Wheel hitch, heavy-duty rear step bumper and spray-in bedliner. Everything on this truck works. The odometer reads 201,757 miles. This reading will change as I drive the truck ocassionally. This trucks runs good, transmission shifts good, brakes stop fine and it drives fine. It is in good shape overall. The interior is blue cloth and is nice with no rips or tears in the seats. The truck is gloss white and has been repainted once in it`s life, a few years ago, and looks good overall. The left rear fender has a few scratches through the clear coat from a tree branch. The right rear fender has a cracked area (fenders are fiberglass) but is not real big. One small ding in middle of tailgate. No cracks in windshield. The truck has dual exhaust with Flowmaster Mufflers and dual Magnaflow catalytic converters but it is not real loud. 4 tires look good, plenty of tread and the 2 inside, rear tires have some minor tread-wear showing. Overall this is a good, very dependable truck and can be used as daily transportation or it`s ready to go to work for you, whatever your needs are. The fuel-injected V8 engine has plenty of power and with it`s overdrive transmission, the fuel mileage is not as bad as you might expect. I am happy to answer any questions for you. You can raise your testosterone level just from driving this truck! This is a beast. 1953 Chevrolet 5 window "Deluxe Cab" 3100 Pickup that has been professionally mounted to a 1979 Chevrolet 4x4 short wheelbase chassis. The differentials are 8 lug Dana axles from a Chevy K20 truck. This truck has a 350 Chevrolet small block engine (1970`s vintage) that seems to be basically stock with a Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor, HEI ignition and tube headers. The transmission is a Chevy Turbo 350 Automatic mated to a New Process Transfer Case. The four wheel drive works fine and has Spicer "blue" lock-out front hubs. This truck also has power steering and power brakes (front disc / rear drum). The steering column is a Chevy tilt column. The truck has been converted to a 12 volt system and has a GM alternator. The headlights / taillights do work but this truck is not currently registered or inspected. The odometer reads 50,896 but I have no idea of the actual mileage on the body or drivetrain. The wheels are 16.5 solid rim with 37" Military tires. The tires have plenty of tread but a couple tires have small weather cracks. The body is not beat up but does have a couple small bruises. The rear fenders are the only real problem. They have some cracks are small dents. The only real rust issue is the right/front kick panel area (inside cab) and right/front floor. There is a good sized hole that you can see daylight through. Can be repaired easily if you wanted or just drive as-is. The glass is all good except both door glasses have 1 small crack each. I would consider this a running/driving project truck. It could easily be a daily driver with a little TLC. The engine is fine, no leaks, doesn`t overheat. The carburetor could use some tuning or maybe needs a kit. The transmission shifts fine and the brakes stop fine. I drove this down to the corner store yesterday during a rain downpour and it was fine except the wipers don`t work and the windows fogged up, but still got thumbs up from the guys and compliments from the ladies. Overall this is a great truck but still needs a few things buttoned up before making this your daily transportation. I have a clear, open New Mexico title in hand, listed as a 1953 Chevrolet Pickup.
