I am selling my much loved 1969 Corvette. I hate to do it, but I'm looking to purchase a race car and my wife says a couple other cars need to go. :-( This numbers matching L-46 350/350 motor runs perfectly on 93 octane pump gas after a professional rebuild in the mid-2000's. It is linked to a matching numbers Muncie 4-speed that shifts smoothly. I have invested over $25k in the past five years in new tuxedo black paint, a completely new saddle interior (with many OEM parts), modern sound system with bluetooth, brand new chrome headers and side pipe exhaust, L-88 style hood, OEM center caps and trim rims, beefier BF Goodrich tires that have perhaps 800-1000 miles on them, and much more. Mechanically, the brake system has been overhauled, new upper and lower ball joints, new universal joints on driveshaft, and more. Checking the date codes on this car, it was assembled on December 15, 1969...one of the last couple hundred Corvettes to be produced that year. The car is a complete head turner. It is LOUD and sounds fantastic with the side pipe exhaust. The shiny black paint with lots of chrome is the perfect look. Headlights work perfectly. For the 6+ years I have now owned the car it has been garaged on my lift...never driven in inclement weather. There is no rust underneath. 1987 GMCJimmy S15 Up for sale by a private party is a unique mild custom 1987 GMC Jimmy. Current owner purchased the truck, in its present condition, approximately 5 years ago and has only driven it about 1500 miles. It has always been garage kept during this time and used primarily for local car cruises. The paint and bodywork alone were more than $5,000. Due to personal reasons it is up for sale. The prior owner did all of the work which included; new metal body panels, fenders, windows (including the windshield), fiberglass hood, wheels, tires, paint job, and shocks. The last owner cut the coils of the truck too, which lowered it by about 1”. Factory options include power steering and power brakes (discs up front and drums in the rear). There appears to be no rust bubbles anywhere, only a small “stone chip” here and there. The original 2.8 liter V-6 is “stone” stock at 125 h.p, as well as the 4-speed automatic and 10 bolt posi-traction rear. There are no leaks and it does not burn any oil. The interior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears in the cloth or vinyl. The carpeting shows little to no wear. All of the gauges and lights function normally as well as the after-market Kenwood AM/FM stereo system. As of three weeks ago, the entire vehicle had all of the filters and fluids changed, brakes and hardware serviced, A/C system charged, battery and belts checked, and everything proved to be in good working order.
