This truck has rust on the rocker panels, and two large dents on either side of the bed. (Please see photos.) There is also a dent on the rear bumper. There is also some rust on the rear wheel wells. This truck despite its flaws runs great! It was sitting for about 2 years when I bought it, and we put in a new battery, 4 new brake calipers, new pads on the rear, new spark plugs, fuel filter and new floor mats! It has only 129k miles and runs really well for it's age. The interior looks really good as well and almost ever bell and whistle works in this LS Silverado! It does have one bad motor on the passenger seat, as well as the motor on the side-passenger mirror. The drivers door sags a little, and has to be closed with some force. Everything else, including the CD and Cassette work great, even the A/C! Get this great low-cost truck with a lot of miles left! Would make a great work Truck as well! Just passed inspection, with a clean Texas title. Current plates until July 2016 in Texas.

For Sale- 66 Chevelle SS396 4 speed…True 138 Code SS This is a true Texas Barn Find. I found this car many years ago on a Texas Ranch. At the time, it was nicely stored and had been sitting for over 20 plus years. The rancher would not sell, but he was a car guy. I got to know him over the next couple of years and eventually talked him out of the car. I’ve always wanted to restore a 1st Gen Chevelle. The car was born the real deal 138 Code SS396 with a 4spd. I began my research with the state on the Vin Codes and history, and they issued me a new Texas Title which I have in hand. I wanted to build a Chevelle that looked like it came off the showroom floor in 66, but with much better components and power. However, I didn’t want to take away from the 60’s look and feel. Over 500 hours later, thousands and thousands of dollars in receipts, the car is basically a New 66 with under 400 miles on it since restoration completed a couple of months ago. The paint is also only a couple of months old. I run the car a few miles every week to keep her in tip top shape. My passion is to restore and sometimes sell. I’m already working on my next several projects. I’ll let someone else enjoy this bad boy. Everything is extremely well documented with receipts… I’ll also provide a disk documenting the build with photos through process. I believe there are around 100 on disk. Asking $42k.
