General Terms Terms of Sale Private Auction The buyer will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 10 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before removal of the vehicle. If deposit or balance is not received within time frame indicated, buyer may forfeit their deposit, right to purchase, and the vehicle will be re-listed. Vehicle must be picked up no later than 20 days following end of auction (above payment terms must be met) unless other arrangements are agreed to by SweetCars. A $10/day fee may be assessed if not picked up within the 20 days unless other arrangements are made in writing. We understand special arrangements may sometimes need to be made and we are always willing to work with the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs that may apply.
