That is, dealers are having their friends and family bid against you. One way to catch this is to look at their previous sales and on-going auctions. Usually you will see the same 10 or so bidders on almost every car. This is illegal and we don't do it. #2 There are a lot of scams on Ebay where people win an auction and then send in a deposit, never to hear anything ever again. That is why we ask you to give us a call before placing an offer, or hitting the buy it now so you can talk to a human being and get detailed information on the vehicle.
