This is a driver\'s car! It\'s never ever been a showpiece...just a nice solid driver that has been cared for through the years. Owned by a couple doctors, a contractor, and a teacher). A folder showing most of the work since the late 90\'s %26amp;amp; the ORIGINAL SALES SHEET that was typed up on a typewriter and placed in the car the day it was purchased from Casey Chevrolet are included. Also included is the original DMV registration from the first day it was bought! Both are uploaded now for viewing. Very cool provenance to have. I blacked out the original owners personal information but of course the actual documents are untouched. The sales invoice shows the original purchase price, color, trim, etc... everything that would be on a sales sticker in 1969. It was purchased, as I mentioned, from Casey Chevrolet in Newport News, VA. I don\'t know much about cars but my dad %26amp;amp; his head mechanic sat down with me to point out some highlights that buyers might want to know. Stock 350 engine. There use to be a bored-out Lunati 406 in it but it proved to be too much engine for me. That documentation is in the folder. 630 Speed Demon Carburetor. Motor is freshly sealed. Transmission is a 700R4 %26amp;amp; has been built %26amp;amp; has a shift kit. I was told this is a very nicely done transmission. Brand new control arm bushings. Brand new brakes. Brand new mufflers. Brand new idler arm. 3:73 posi unit. True dual exhaust. Has headers. No cam. New driver side window regulator. Window crank handle is missing on the passenger side. In an attempt to tighten the driver side side-view mirror we broke it. Some of the emblems have been snapped in half through the years as we\'ve walked passed it and caught our pants on it. Driving it onto a trailer years ago I snapped the front spoiler so a new one has been installed. There\'s a nice gash in the driver-side real panel from a poor job of backing out of the garage. Non-matching numbers. 2 sets of wheels (Cragar and rally). Original ignition and trunk keys. AC not working. No radio. Fuel, Odometer, %26amp;amp; Speedometer are inaccurate. Sales sticker says paint was white with stripes. In the middle of installing chest safety belts as well. Added a few gauges as you can see in the pictures. There are also lots of little parts/pieces that were being collected to put on/in the car over time that just never got done. Some are original GM parts and some are nice after-market parts. I pictured a few but most are not pictured. All in all a great driver ready for an experienced owner!! The comments here are my opinion of the piece.%26amp;nbsp;Lots of folks have asked about rust. It doesn\'t have any big huge rust problems that I see. Now...as I\'ve said in the description I\'m not a huge car guy. I know what rust is and I\'ve seen metal rust and flake up and cave in to the touch. I don\'t see anything like that on this car. There are a few spots where paint has chipped off over the years. The metal under those tiny spots is all sort of colors. Some grey, white, brown, etc... I don\'t know if I\'m looking at rust or old paint or the color of the bare metal. Of course over the years some oxidation will occur but it\'s been garage kept and cleaned often. Like I said before...I hope no one is thinking this is a show car. Those are the $50,000+ cars. I\'ve (and all the owners before me) just been careful with it and taken care of it and stored it properly. The trunk does have some surface rust. I pushed on the trunk firmly and nothing seems to have been compromised. It\'s not so bad you\'re looking through it down to the floor. It was caught before it got to that point. The trunk drop offs are in fantastic shape too. The front carpet was bolted in so that was tougher to access. I did manage to get some up and that appears to possibly have some very very slight surface rust as well though I think it\'s mostly dirt/grime from the deteriorated padding between the floorboard and the carpet. However I could see far less because I couldn\'t get the carpet up all the way. I don\'t know/think anything has been compromised however. On both the trunk and the floorboards.Car has nice maroon paint with white yenko decal kit-Looks sharp!%26amp;nbsp;CALL FOR A SHOWING- PICS AND VIDEO COMING SOON%26amp;nbsp;WE FINANCE/DELIVER AND SHIP WORLDWIDE Ad provided by OldCarOnline.com/cond>

This 1969 Camaro began its life as a true V8 convertible in RS trim. The Restoration process required that nearly all the original sheetmetal be replaced. What remained original were the Rocker Panels, Cowl and Windshield Frame. %26amp;nbsp;None of the original Drivetrain remained So with options wide open it was decided that the car would be a Resto Mod - Custom Build.Chosen for power and reliability was a combination from a 2004 GTO. This consists of a modern LS-1 mated to a not quite stock 4L60E Automatic Transmission. Inside the bellhouse is a 3500 Stall Torque Convertor. A Comp Cams Camshaft opens the valves and their Street %26amp;amp; Performance Headers flow exhaust gasses to a Flowmaster 2 Mandrel Bent Exhaust system with Flowmaster 40 series Mufflers. A new Fuel Tank was fitted with an internal EFI pump to ensure long fuel pump life. These power modificationss boosted the LS-1s output to a dyno-tuned and verified Rear Wheel Horsepower of 335 and the Torque 300 ft/lb.The engine compartment is super clean with much metal smoothing and super slick body color even on the underside of the hood. A body color Radiator filler panel sits up front over an Aluminum AFCO Dual Pass Radiator with Dual 10 Fans. Ring Brothers billet hinges are the works of art that hold up the hood. A March Billet aluminum Serpentine Belt System circulates the drive belt. Chromed coil covers brighten up the electrics. A Performance Products Aluminum Intake pulls fresh air through a Custom Built Polished Aluminum Air Intake system. All underhood plumbing is Braided Stainless and Wire harness is wrapped in Black Tech Flex Covering.Power enhancements are complemented with suspension component and configuration changes, as well as capable braking. Up front - Speedtechs Tubular Upper and Lower Control Arms guide custom spindles. Single Adjustable QA-1 Coilover Shocks provide the damping and a 1 1/8 Swaybar keeps the RS flat. 13 C-5 Corvette Brakes provide the stopping power. In the rear - a sound foundation for the suspension comes in the form of solid aluminum Body Mounts, Welded Hotchkis Subframe Connectors with the Heavy Duty Convertible Brace. The Springs are Hotchkis 1 1/2 Drop Leafs %26amp;amp; Swaybar. Damping is handled by QA-1 Single Adjustable Shocks. The rear drive is via a Ford 9 Rear end with 3.50 Final drive and a Positraction Differential. Rear Brakes are Wilwood Calipers with 12 1/8 Discs. The RS accelerates, turns and stops - like an exotic sportscar. The RS is also thick with aesthetic and functional enhancements both inside and out. The RS Hideaway Headlights are fully operational, powered by a set of modern electric linear actuators by Detroit Speed Engineering. Turn lamps are custom billet aluminum. Stock RS Reverse Lights are complemented by a set of%26amp;nbsp;Billet Taillamps which house LED assemblies wired for sequential operation. The trunk is accessed by a Power Release which is fired from inside the car. A Custom Trunk enclosure houses Stereo components and the Battery. All new power converitible top components throughout with new Gaskets - covered in a Custom Stayfast canvas top. The flawless Dupont Inferno Orange dominant color is offset by Painted RS Stripes in Dark Grey. All new glass and stainless trim makes for a complete look. Front bumper is dechromed in favor of a body color flexible Endura piece. Rear Bumper gets the same treatment aesthetically by smoothing and painting a formerly chrome bar.Inside, a Bowden Customs built custom center console houses the Stereo Head Unit, 2 Power Ports, Trunk Release, Garage Door Opener, and Power Window Switches.%26amp;nbsp; A Lokar Shifter with an illuminated gear selection indicator controls the 4L60E in the tunnel.Front door panels are new from Deluxe. The Front, Rear, and Side Panels are custom made to house the speakers for the amazing Sound System designed and installed by Benchmark Auto Sound. The cockpit of the RS features Autometer Muscle Car gauges and a Grant Walnut steering wheel. Heat and Cooling is courtesy of a Vintage Air System. 2002 Camaro Front Seats and Stock rear have been covered in leather with suede inserts and trimmed with orange piping to carry the outside color in.Rolling Stock is Hankook 245/45/18s in the Front and 275/40/18 in the Rear, wrapped around 18x8 Boost Wheels by Billet Specialties.%26amp;nbsp;SHOWN BY APPT ONLYWE FINANCE DELIVER AND SHIP WORLDWIDE%26amp;nbsp;%26amp;nbsp; Ad provided by OldCarOnline.com/cond>
