1970 Chevrolet Camaro. This is originally a Camaro sport coupe with the 350/ Turbo 350/ 10 bolt rear car. It was equipped with A/C. Original color was 51 51 Daytona yellow. The car now has the numbers matching standard bore 350 block with 194 heads, Edelbrock performer RPM intake, 600 CFM Edelbrock carb with electric choke, Team G water pump, original hardened steel crank, Hypereutectic pistons 10:1 and forged rods. It is not been dynoed but is estimated at a healthy 425 hp. It is cooled by a 4 core aluminum radiator with two electric fans. The exhaust is met at the long tube 1 7/8 headers by a 3 inch back to a Super 40 Flowmaster. The transmission is a built turbo 350 with Kevlar bands, shift kit and 2800 stall converter connected to a B&M ratchet shifter with reverse lockout. The rear end is a ford 9 inch narrowed with 31 spline Moser axles, Detroit locker, and 4.11 Richmond Gears. The car has 4 wheel power assisted disk brakes and Toyo touring tires all the way around. Sub-frame connectors and rear air shocks. It has a 2 inch spindle drop in the front with big block springs and shocks. The car will come with the original heads and Stock spindles. This is an all steel car with original glass and body that is rust free and painted a year and a half ago with Eastwoods Tunnel ram grey metallic and gloss black stripes. The interior has been redone with new carpet seats and headliner. The dash is all original besides the Autometer gauges. It does not have a stereo in it but is wired for it. The video link has two other videos on my main youtube page. https://youtu.be/BhCIbz2zCNk The car and I are located in Florence Oregon and it is always garaged and does not drive in the rain. I do have more pictures including the block/cylinder head codes and can forward them upon request. Thank you for you looking.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to own a RARE and mostly original '69 Camaro convertible! There were 243,085 Camaros produced for the 1969 model year. Of those, only 17,573 were convertibles. Of those convertibles that were produced 15,866 were V8's. We purchased this Camaro from the 2nd owner who had owned it since 1977 and it has always been garaged. The car appears to have never had serious accident damage and appears to have never been apart! Per the 2nd owner all body panels are original to the car. The paint shows normal wear and tear and some spot repairs consistent with the vehicle's age. The cowl tag indicates (see photo) that the vehicle is an X11 code with the style trim group with an assembly date of June 1969 at the Norwood assembly plant. Factory Garnet Red color with red interior package and factory tinted glass. Top appears to have been replaced with a red top by the 2nd owner. The car has a power top, clock, console and overall the interior is in very good condition and appears to be original. The vehicle is equipped with the factory 250hp/350 V8 and turbo 350 auto trans. A 4 barrel intake manifold and carb have been added. The engine code is T0529HD indicating that the engine was assembled in May 1969 and appears to be original. The car has factory power steering and brakes. The front brakes have been upgraded to power disc brakes. Otherwise all running gear appears to be original, including multi-leaf rear spring option. The car has SS badges but cannot confirm that it is a true SS, emblems may have been added by original owner. The 2nd owner stated that the emblems were on the car when he purchased the vehicle. The car runs and drives and everything works with the exception of the clock (they never work do they?). All floor pans are original and in excellent condition with no rust (see photos). The trunk floor has minor surface rust where the trunk paint has worn off, but no rust through. The only apparent rust in the vehicle is in the lower front quarter panel areas in front of the rear wheels (very small, see photos). All bumpers, trim, weatherstrips, etc. appear to be original. The car has 86,420 original miles and would be the perfect candidate for a full restoration or an awesome pro-touring conversion. It would be hard to find another one this original and in this condition. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time as the vehicle is listed locally and on other sites. Sold as is where is with no warranty. We can assist with shipping at buyer's expense. Please call Jeff with any questions 503.888.8879.
