Bright work on the car is spotless front to rear, all new cowl paint and grill area stainlees bolts last year front all pulled off and painted did it all personally myself it was done right and not slapped together it took 2 weeks alone. All restoration work was done by professionals including paint, mechanical, and electrical work. This car was not butchered up by multiple people only 3 owners the original one his son who started working on the car and me who finished it. I have paper work on it all in 3 folders. I have for sale a 1965 Bel Air 2 door sedan. This car was built to keep NOT to flip! This car is completely RUST FREE with all the original panels and non of them need replaced, this car is straight! There is some minor bubbling, the worst being in the passenger door jam (about 1") This car was an original 396 L-78 425 horse power big block four speed (15611)! This car was originally two tone (paint code SV) Sierra Tan/Cameo Beige with Fawn (863) interior. It is now Crocus yellow with brown interior. This car retains all the factory emblems and still has the factory "Police" or "Caprice" heavy duty power brakes (with factory small booster to clear the big block) this car stops better than my 2004 GMC pickup! This car is much nicer than cars I see on eBay and for sale for similar money or more! All the chrome is in excellent shape! The windshield is cracked. The car still has the factory floor shift column and the small brake pedal but the clutch pedal is gone, Z-bar bracket is still on frame. The four speed hump and hole for the four speed shifter are still present! There were only 1,838 L-78 396/425 full size Chevy's made in 1965, that includes Biscayne, Bel Air, Impala, and Caprice. Car Shows 9,300 miles on the odometer but I don't know if that is actual, I had an expert look at it and said he thought it could be the original miles, I am selling as TMU (title says exceeds mechanical limit)! This car has all new mechanicals, rebuilt front end, 1350 u joints, custom drive shaft, 3.73 12 bolt posi with Moser axles and 5/8" studs and correct factory big block dual upper control arms on the rear! New interior with late 60's A body buckets! I have over $18,600.00 in receipts! The current engine is a GM Performance Parts 454 HO 425 horse power with a complete valve train upgrade including a Crane .598/.610 hydraulic roller cam, Crane lifters, crane valve springs, push rods, Harland Sharp rockers, Moroso stud girdles, Pete Jackson gear drive! This is a very nice 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air 4dr sedan with a 1968 truck 250 inline 6 cyl engine with open 342 rear end with open drive shaft. It is a 3spd manual shift on the column. Odometer showed 68000 miles when I purchased it but the title says 80000 miles non actual. So I really don't know how many miles are on it. Car has many new parts - new front coil springs, 4 new shocks, front and rear new stabilizing bushings, 4 new brake drums and brake shoes and wheel cylinders, new gas tank, new starter, new battery, new water pump and belt. New door glasses- front driver side and right back door. New exhaust,5 new radial tires with 1 for spare, new front and rear bumpers, rechromed front and rear bumper guards, rest of chrome is in good condition. Car runs and drives good. Transmission and clutch work good. All lights work. Interior is in good condition. Has original radio but it doesn't work.
