1963 chevrolet bel-air rat rod patina look cruiser daily driver needs restored.................the bad : needs restoration ,needs headliner and back door panels deformed due to heat, back widow dash roasted due to heat, dent in drivers side fender flare as previous owner said it fell off jack...the good : sweet running 350 with mild cam that hits a good lick, all gauges work, turn signals, headlights , and even the courtesy inside light all work, all the windows roll up and down correctly and even the front side window vents roll out with ease, drives and rides good even at 70mph, tires have good tread but not new,....this one you can drive while you fix the cosmetics or just drive it like it is...will be sold with alabama bill of sale only as alabama does not title vehicles prior to 1974....selling car as is and you are more than welcome to come drive it before purchasing.....inspection is before purchasing and not after...showing 17,000 miles but actual mileage unknown Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed code

1957 Chevy 210 Hardtop...Rare!!!! Only about 10% of the hardtops were 210. Complete frame off rotisserie restoration done in the 90's. New chrome, stainless, glass, rubber , seals, bumpers, radiator, front end, brakes (new front disc), interior, carpet, engine, trans and all new nuts and bolts. Car has had only two owners in the last 30 years. Garage kept. Car has fresh paint. Engine was upgraded to crate 383 stroker engine ...about 425-430 hp. with Fast ( Inglese ) Stack 8 EFI ( Weber Look!!! ). Aluim. heads, Howard Roller cam, roller rockers. Engine is beautiful and very strong. Engine has about 1500 miles on it as it was installed with brand new Tremec 5 speed overdrive trans ( with Aluim. cross member brace ) at 1300 miles on the brand new Dakota Digital Dash. New Fast fuel pump/regulator and Fast Electric Ignition. There is $20,000 Plus in drivetrain alone. I built this car to enjoy and drive....just finished a 700 mile Hotrod Power Tour trip....car ran great.. never got over 190 temp. and got good fuel mileage considering horsepower. Car has new P/S that was installed at 1300 miles. New Headman ceramic headers ,exhaust, clutch, pressure plate, new Led running light headlights, Brand new tires and American Racing Wheels, new custom wheel, chrome dash insert, car has upgraded electrical system with modern fuse box. Vintage Air was added during restoration. Car has alarm system but remote does not work. Car has add on cruise control that was working before I shortened the drive shaft and will work if a new speed sensor is added to drive shaft. Interior is very nice and paint is nice and bright with only a few minor blemishes. I built it to drive and am only selling because I want a Vette. I would not hesitate to drive this car to California from here in Alabama. Do not bid on this car if you have less than 10 buys/sells on Ebay or if you do not have the money to purchase. I have over $65,000 invested in this car...it is a solid rust-free car... the glass and chrome/stainless trim is perfect and would cost thousands to replace. Dollar for $$$... this is the best buy and investment on Ebay today... you will not be disappointed and could turn this car into an $80,000 show car or driver with just a little investment or drive forever as is!!!Alabama does not have titles on cars prior to 1970, but I do have Florida title from previous owner. Car is for sale locally and may be taken off ebay if sold. On Jun-17-15 at 09:45:13 PDT, seller added the following information:

Up for sale is my Dad's '55 Chevy. He has owned the car for about 10 years and has put about 200 miles on it since then. Miles were primarily to and from various car shows and parades. He is ready to sell the car as he is not able to give this classic American Beauty the love it needs and deserves. Recent work done includes new fuel pump and new Rochester Quadrajet Carburetor. Deep sounding dual exhaust with turn down exhaust tips. Actual mileage cannot be verified. Vehicle is in good condition, I took photos of all the defects for viewing. This car is roadworthy and can be driven home after purchase. Buyer is responsible for pick up and/or shipping arrangements. Contact my father with any questions. * This is a good project car* most of the sheet metal is in good shape, there are some dings on the roof that need smoothing. * the fenders are in good shape but will need de-rusting and some work at the frame connection/ original threaded holes are decent and possibly useable. * disassembled and partially put back together but needs to be painted, etc.* most all original parts are here- see photos. * frame is not original- replaced the old frame with one from a parts car sedan because the original was rusted out* there is still some rust on the fenders and the rocker panel patches need to be completed. * engine 283 v8 is here and comes with the car, it's just taken apart and on a stand* transmission is here and comes with the car, it is a powerglide automatic.* front and rear glass are intact, most window glass is here but I would replace the flat glass for new. * seat spring frames are in the car* hood is in good shape For more photos of the car go to:photoshttp://s1166.photobucket.com/user/dmdolinger/library/1957-4door-2014?sort=3&page=1 * see photos of driver door VIN tag * Rims are from a 1982 Camaro Z28 * the frame was replaced because the old one was rusted out- see photos - body is sitting on 4" timbers that rest on the frame- so the frame VIN won't match (but will be close, it was taken from another 4 door sedan) * I have the title from Tennessee from 1991 with the VIN number VC57B122053, could not get a title in Alabama because I never got it drivable to get to the DMV* Also have the previous owner's registration with the VIN number on it. *from the information given above, buyer must be sure of wanting to purchase and being able to get your registration before making your bid. Contact me before you bid if you have any questions about the car or the parts that are with it. Paypal deposit required as soon as you successfully bid on and win the auction. Payment of the balance by cashier's check (from a national bank like Regions) is required 7 days prior to pickup. Pickup to be made by trailer - the car will have to be winched up my driveway, picked up on a rollback, and rolled back onto your trailer. The cost for that is approximately $100 to be paid by buyer. (I sold another car like this in 2013 and that is how we had to get it on the trailer) We will have to figure out the best way to pick up and transfer the engine and transmission. If you have room in the truck that is pulling the trailer we can probably get it in there. Thanks

SquareTrade © AP6.0 FOR AUCTION IS A very rare 1956 Chevrolet belair 4 door post ? blue and white car,..its a steal of a deal at any price, not many of these left . Belonged to my father who bought in 1980 from 1st owner, mostly original everything still on vehicle. who kept it up until his passing. this car was his baby ...A family member let it sit outside unprotected for years since. Best intentions but let it go to heck and rust, it hadn't been started it in years refused to drive it, as far as I know it was working order back then .... it will need some work to get back in driving condition, body never been in a wreck, It hit a mail box once on passenger side, but only small damage to door from it,.. original upholstery is ok despite being outside needs work on most , needs new tires, engine work, hadn't been started in years, so I assume belts hoses, battery etc. I am not a mechanic so I cannot explain anything much about the vehicle or what is specifically wrong or needs work, you will have to ask questions or see for yourself...I will do the best I can. , it has tremendous personal meaning to our family , but its time to sell it, or get it restored and keep it to cherish my fathers memory... I cannot afford to restore it currently with my daughters medical bills I will not haggle ...The price is whatever it goes for to the highest bidder, as is, cash upon receipt of vehicle. a. $300.00 deposit will be required after bid is won to hold vehicle and make necessary pick up and payment arrangements I have never sold a vehicle on ebay before, so excuse me f I left out any normal details...I am not comfortable with giving a phone out, but feel free to email any question on this or if you want more pics... look at my feedback , I am a top rated 99.5 % + EBAY seller........I have been selling on EBAY for 10 years, a seller you can trust and paypal verified.
