Up for your consideration is a clean 1Owner Display truck that was used a mobile golf shop by Callaway Golf. This unit was used as a custom club fitting workshop that offered complete onsite service for custom fit clubs. It traveled the country going to various tournaments as well as high profile golf tours. It is built on the rock solid GM C5500 Chassis that is equipped with a Duramax Diesel mated to an Allison Automatic Transmission. Mobile Concepts Inc built this display truck along with a handful of other units for Callaway Golf back in 2008, this was one of a few heavier chassis units, most of the other were built on smaller van chassis's. Mobile Concepts built many different mobile offices and mobile showrooms for varying clients, but had a large focus on the golf industry. For decades I have seen units that were used as mobile stores that traveled to golf stores to aid in wholesale sales to independent golf stores, but I have never seen a larger chassis rig like this. Powering this unit is a large 2800 watt Onan Power Inverter, but it does have a 30AMP shore cord as well. The rear portion does not have a heater but is equipped with an AC system that works very well. Inside the rear of the unit it measures about 22ft on the floor, 80in high, and 91in wide. The overall exterior length is about 32ft and a tad under 10ft tall. It is constructed out of fiberglass, while the cabinets and drawers are made of wood with metal fronts and counter tops. There is a small exhaust fan for light painting and touchup. We purchased this unit from GE capital, which handles Callaway Golfs assets. The title is clean and clear with NO liens. The unit itself was driven in over 1,000 miles and performed flawless yielding over 12MPG. As to be expected with any used vehicle it does have bumps, bruises, and scrapes, but all in all very clean inside and out. The cab is factory black while the shell was never painted as it always wore a custom vinyl rap. In fact when we purchased the unit, it had a complete vehicle rap. At some time in the past, who ever removed the rap on the cab got a little carried away and caused some paint damage on the door. As we anticipate the new owner to do some type of lettering or wrap, we have NOT painted or touched up anything. In fact should you require the unit to have a custom graphics package, one the county's best sign shop is located just minutes from our location. The opportunities are endless for this vehicle and it has plenty of life left in it. This unit was $100,000 when new and someone will get a great deal on a clean used unit.
