Very good to excellent condition 2004 BMW M3 Convertible in rare Phoenix Yellow metallic paint with grey leather interior! I purchased this vehicle in April of this year and have driven only 7.5K miles but must sell due to new work vehicle being purchased. Vehicle has approximately 66,500 miles on it and is in very good condition. Harmon Kardon speaker system and DVD navigation along with tinted windows and black painted premium wheels. Brand new windshield installed in May 2014. Black soft top is in good condition and the engine runs and sounds great. SMG transmission shifts smoothly and the SMG hydraulic pump was replaced in October 2013 (before I owned the vehicle). Vehicle will be sold as is, where is with no warranty. Rear tires will need to be replaced fairly soon (approximate cost to replace the Michelin Sports currently on the vehicle is $450 for two). Front tires have 5,000 to 10,000 miles before needing to be replaced (according to Big O Tires). Mechanically the car has no known issues except the following: Stereo head unit will not play music and has some missing pixels, glove compartment needs new keyed opener (does not open currently), no owners manuals, tool kit, tire air compressor or navigation DVDs included (they were all missing when I purchased the car in April 2014. The clear coat on top of the side mirrors seems to be coming off. Overall paint condition is very good with just the normal small imperfections with a ten year old vehicle. Clean Car Fax...
