This is one of the best conditioned 2002 Jeeps you will find. I am anal and everything that needed to be done was done by a licensed mechanic. It is the smoothest riding lifted Jeep I have been in. I have never taken it off-road but the previous owner did have mud-tires on it. I am told by the shop that the frame is in great shape. It was rust protected years ago. I keep this Jeep in the garage and over the last 5 years have put less than 10k miles on it. It is a fun/sun vehicle for me, not used every day. Only used in the spring and summer. The new soft-top has years left on it. NEW: Starter, electronics for ignition system, power steering pump, stainless brake lines, OR-FAB spare tire carrier, rims and tires, battery, fog lights, front bumper, splash guards, horn, and a premium soft-top. All body cancer was removed, filled and painted. U-bolts were replaced and main shaft was balanced. The rear seat was removed (I still have the brackets and bolts). Also, the interior rugs were removed for easy maintenance. The only issue I am aware of would be a typical Jeep gear grind from 3rd to 2nd if you don't let the engine wind down - I'm told this issue is typical. Let me know if you have any questions. I am selling my Chevy K1500. She has a new engine and transmission that were CRATE from Jasper, repalced at 100,000 miles professionally and the new parts have about 20,000 miles on them. You won't be able to find a more reliable vehicle at this age for the price, she starts right up, no questions asked! All fluids have been changed regularly and on time, synthetic only. NO LEAKS ANYWHERE! ICE COLD A/C!As for the modifications, she has a 9" subwoofer, making a total of 9 speakers, all Pioneer! New headunit with bluetooth all recently put in. The truck has 37" Interco Tr-xus tires with a 6" suspension lift (Procomp) with a 3" body lift. Currently insured with Geico WITH those modifications. Tread is about 50%, still good for a long time for sure. The gearing is 4.56, and just installed a new electric actuator (Doorman 600-600) so there is no wait for the 4x4 to engage, it is almost instant now.Other specs on the vehicle is its 5.7l v8 engine with a Magflow exhaust. It sounds mean and has a rumble that will be sure to impress without being too loud either. Drives well on the highway with good road manners, and everything works as it should! Needs nothing!! Has a slight tint to the windows as well. No rips or tears in seat, and has ZERO BODY RUST. Fitted with a fiberglass bed, it will be fit for years to come. Did I mention the chassis? It was recently all wirewheeled and repainted to make it fit for the harsh off road environments. I would like to take the time to mention a few other things. Scouts honor, this truck has never given me any problems at all. She starts up and she should and runs all day like a clock, with about 13mpg on the highway. This truck was babied always and was never harshly accelerated. It hasn't seen the elements off road and hasn't ever seen any mud. There are no problems to speak of, and with the a new battery installed, all it needs is a new home.Shoot me an offer, but please, no low ballers, I know what this truck is worth... It will never let you down. I have been counting on it as my daily driver, and I would never drive anything that I knew was unreliable. I am somewhat flexible, although I do have some friends that would like to buy it, but I want this truck to go to a good home.
