Original Owner. Not sure why AutoCheck says 2 owners. I bought it new from the Ford dealer in North Hollywood California. I put an aftermarket catalytic converter on it that was approved by the California air resources board at the time, but after a few years, the C.A.R.B. changed their mind about the catalytic converter, so I registered the vehicle in Alaska for a while. I installed an original catalytic converter about a year ago and registered the truck in California once again. Southern California truck it's whole life. 4" lift with 35" new tires on aluminum wheels. 4.30 limited slip gears. 12,000 lb hydraulic PTO winch in custom made front bumper, 8000 lb electric winch in a custom rear bumper. Trailer hitch receiver front and rear. Runs strong. Easily passes smog inspection. Gets 10 or 11 mpg. cold A/C. electric mirrors. power windows. everything works except the electric door locks don't work. It is in lake arrowhead California but I travel to the Calabasas area each weekend so I could bring it to the Los Angeles area.

Hi, and thanks for looking. Selling my 1988 Firebird in K.I.T.T. black. Rebuilt 305 CID V8 with 140k miles on the rebuild. Fresh, rebuilt 700R Auto transmission with less than 4000 miles. Flowmaster 3" exhaust give this car an agressive, sexy muscle car growl. Eaton Posi Rear end. Brand new brake rotors and pads up front. This is a clean, California car that from what i could tell, has no rust. Passed California emmissions easily, so i'm sure that you should have no problem with smog/inspections if you are out of state. This car looks sexy and sounds mean, but it does have it's flaws, as you may see in the pics. The interior is descent and acceptable, but does show signs of wear. The carpet is very clean, as are the rear seats. steering wheel surround is still soft. Has some dents and scratches that you can see in the pics. also had some body work done on the front passenger fender, that was rattled can painted black, and also on the rear driver quarter panel. The power doorlocks to work, but takes a few clicks for the locks to engage/dis-engage. Power windows work as well, but are a bit slow. the trunk lid opens and closes as it should, but has a little play in it that you can hear when you hit a bump. Windshield has a crack, and the front tires do have some dry rot. Left blinker isn't working for some reason. No radio installed, but I will include an mp3 head unit to go along with the car. Also included are extra head light motors. This is my daily driver car and it's never let me down. I get compliments EVERY DAY on this car! everyone loves it and wants a ride in it.
