I bought this vehicle in 2000 form a salvage car dealer, City Line in NH. At that time it had 11,000 miles and for all intent and purpose it looked brand new inside and out... started right up and everything worked. Long story short, it has been my daily driver up until a few days ago. Other than brakes, exhaust and a couple of alternator rebuilds I have had no trouble with this car... totally dispelling the dark cloud that is salvage. I would continue to drive it but rust has taken out a few areas of the under carriage and it will not pass inspection unless I fix it. I have other vehicles so this is not a crisis for me and I do not have the time or interest in doing the work. This is all a bit unfortunate because the car is very strong. Always used full synthetic, it does not burn oil, one driver, clutch is still good. It could be a good vehicle for someone willing to repair the floor panels. The car is also a great candidate for parts harvesting. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking

For sale, a 1973 TR6 convertible with hardtop. I am the third owner and purchased vehicle because it has all the attributes for a great restoration. Engine is strong... does not smoke, starts right up. Vehicle run and drives, shifts up and down well. Frame as you will see in the requested pics is in great shape, surface oxidation but no rot. It looks like the original color was white. Body panels are rust free in good condition, drivers door has a light crease toward hinge side. rear lower cowling has two areas with holes. Lower rocker panels have some oxidation but no rot or holes. Areas where these cars are none for rust issues, this car appears to looks real good. Interior cosmetically will be a gut, there is not much I would want to keep. Soft top has seen better day and the hard top will need a light restoration. Please contact me for additional high res. pics. I will consider transporting but details need to be worked out. I don't have the time with the recent purchase of a BMW Z3 M, my hands are full. Thanks for taking a peak.
