CONDITION:This car is a gorgeous pearl White, 4-door sedan with chrome kidney grill and dual exhaust - a beauty just to look at! In pristine condition with Black Dakota leather and wood trim and accents. It drives like a dream, with only 49k miles - practically new for German engineering, and very well maintained and garage-kept. I have babied it with BMW fully-synthetic oil and maintained meticulously under the BMW warranty at the local BMW dealership. The tires are factory-specified Pirelli P7 225/45R18 Run-Flat tires - with about 60% tread. Had the brake service done at BMW of Nashville where they replaced the brake pads and rotors (brand new) about 3 months ago. The rear windows comes with retractable shades and the rear windshield comes with a power rear sunshade. This car is very dependable and reliable - there is nothing that you will need to do in terms of repairs or maintenance - it's perfect! Clean CarFax! This Alpina is a JDM car that was imported to the US a couple years ago. 1 of only 74 cars made, this is car number 36. It is fitted with an automatic transmission, as many were, but fortunately a 5-speed swap is incredibly easy on this E30's. This car has a number of upgrades done by a previous owner including the leather wrapped dash with Alpina color stitching, e-code headlights with HID kit, and a few other Alpina touches. This C2 runs and drives very well, and has been well maintained although there isn't much paperwork that came with the car when it was brought over. The stickers for the timing belt services are are the passenger front strut tower which is nice. The current owner is a local collector and is thinning out his garage (Be sure to keep an eye out for his 89' Alpina B10 3.5) There are a few items that aren't currently working on the car. They include the gas gauge, temp gauge, and the sound system. The radio power open, but won't pick up a station. Runs great, no check engine light. Wheels are aftermarket (chrome) and do not have TPMS sensors - and so the tire light is on. Sensors can be added for ~$100. The rear air shock system does not work but is not critical either - it only activates to level a heavy load. The shocks are "air over oil" and the oil part works fine like any regular shock. The air system can be rebuilt for ~ $600. This problem is typical of any LTZ truck of this age (non-LTZ models do not have the air system) Keep in mind this truck is 10 years old and has 187k miles; it is not brand new and does show minor wear on the door handles, seats, etc. Other trucks in this price range will have similar if not additional flaws. Overall I think it is pretty nice for the age and well worth the asking price. Original MSRP was around $46k Located in Brentwood / Franklin / Cool Springs area behind Ravenwood HS.
