You will be bidding on a pristine 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham that has always been kept in a garage and that is in very good condition. This automobile is indeed one that was driven by a little old lady on special occasions only. She lived with her two daughters and they have all passed away and the car came to us through the estate by way of a 501C charity. This car has never been hurt, and there is no rust, although there is a small dent on the passenger side rear door that you can hardly see, and the chrome trim strips at the rear of the car show a few small dents. These trim pieces are still available from the Cadillac dealer. You can see in the pics that nothing has ever been in the trunk, and the leather interior condition is very good. The car has been serviced regularly by the same dealership that sold it originally, and in the glove compartment we found a small memo pad that has the dates and mileage of each time it was serviced as written by the owner .This is truly a rare find.

1985 Cadillac Limousine. This is a true find. This car has been garaged it's entire life. Was last in service in the early 90's. Here's the history of this vehicle : Friend of my Dad purchased this new for his wife in 1983. She drove it a few years until she died. He covered it up in the garage and held onto it until 1998 when he sold it to my Dad with approx 21,000 miles on it. My Dad passed away in 2001 and I became owner of the vehicle. This car has 33,600 original miles and has always been garaged/covered and has never seen snow. As the photos show, it is in excellent condition inside and out.. This vehicle is fully loaded from factory with power windows, power seats, power door locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, trip/fuel computer, automatic climate control, automatic headlights, auto level ride suspension, AM/FM cassette and factory security system. Recently the air conditioning compressor and receiver/drier have been replaced. The air conditioning system has been properly converted to R134A. The rubber fuel lines have been upgraded to ethanol proof fuel lines. Along with the vehicle goes a factory repair manual with wiring diagrams and owners manual. Extra parts that where purchased but never needed are included which are a set of plugs, a new distributor cap, new rotor and a set of belts. I don't actually expect to get $3,000 for this. 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, beige/tan in color, 4 doors, fuel injected, automatic transmission, clean title. Comes with the Shop manual and Chilton's book. AC, electronic seat, mirror and window controls, trunk closes by itself so you don't have to slam it, gas cap is hidden behind the license plate, massive trunk space, very clean aside from a couple dead leaves. Interior is in great condition, only real issue is the liner is starting to sag, no rips or tears or anything in the seats. The radio works, but the antenna got broken in a wind storm so the reception isn't great, cassette player doesn't work. Exterior has a few small rust spots and the plastic parts have deteriorated but aside from that great condition, still has all 4 hub caps and hood ornament, leather roof in good condition, not cracked or anything. Does come with the special key needed to remove the hubcaps. Here's the bad part - The car doesn't run. I don't know why. We suspect either fuel pump or distributor may be the cause, but I'm not very good with cars. I got it running, put about 400 miles on it then it died again. Was owned by an old lady, kept in a garage and never driven after her husband died, then I bought it hoping to get it running but that hasn't gone as planned. You will need to tow it away. Also it could use washed.

This car is in excellent condition. I had this car custom made for my personal use by Custom Coach Works. Built as a limo, with a GM chasis, large brakes, 135 amp alternator,and a 350 cubic inch heavy duty truck motor. It was titled to my Leasing Company first. The Leasing Company changed names, and was titled secondly under that name. Later it was titled to my wife. So basically, it has belonged to one owner. It has always been stored in my climate controlled garage. Never outside. It was never used commercially. This is a wide body car, which seats 6 in the rear. The leather seats look almost new.
