It has no dents or door dings but there a small scratch in the front driver fender, one on the driver door handle, and a small chip on the driver rear rim. The engine compartment is clean as a whistle. She has always been garaged and never driven in the snow.

This is a very rare and unique BMW M Roadster. It is 1 of only 57 cars that were manufactured in 2006 with the sapphire black exterior and the tan interior. It is further unique in that it is equipped with the Premium Package, Premium Sound, Cruise Control, Navigation and Heated Seats. Now we're down to 25 cars. It also has a very unique option, which is leather trim that is designed to look like carbon fiber (option S4MYA). Now we're down to only 5 Z4M's that were manufactured in 2006 with this unique, fully loaded configuration. It is a truly beautiful car that is an absolute blast to drive.The car is in perfect mechanical condition and cosmetically beautiful except for some minor chips and scratches on the lower part of the front spoiler. I have included close up shots in order for you to see this in detail. The tires are nearly new, with at least 75% of tread life remaining. The convertible top is in perfect condition. I have added a custom shift knob and e-brake handle which are milled from billeted aluminum. I will include the original leather knob and handle if you would like to go back to the original.Why am I selling it you ask? Well, I purchased this car as a gift for me and my wife to celebrate our wedding. A fun car to escape the kids for weekends away. The only problem is that she had never owned a stick shift. After a little more than a year of trying, we're throwing in the towel and getting an automatic.Here is a review of the M Roadster from Car & Driver:Currently in its second generation (a previous version was based on the old Z3), the M is much more than a mere dress-up kit or sport package. Much of its hardware comes from the now-discontinued M3. The car's high-revving 3.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine develops 330 horsepower and sends its power to the rear wheels through an exclusive six-speed manual transmission and a beefy limited-slip rear differential.The M cars sport many other tweaks to the base Z4 as well, including a wider front track, a stronger rear subframe, hydraulic power steering for better feel (the Z4's is electric), 18-inch wheels and 225/45 front and 255/40 rear performance tires. The springs and dampers are sport-tuned, and the brakes are the same as those used for the old M3's Competition package. Even the stability control system has been altered to be less intrusive.Yet what's really impressive about the BMW M Coupe and Roadster is that they go beyond the numbers. Of course, they're relatively lightweight (about a 3,200-pound base curb weight for the Coupe), have near-ideal weight distribution and can post blindingly quick acceleration times. But they also provide some of the best thrills you can get from a non-exotic sports car. Visceral and extreme, they bring out the driver's inner hooligan. Every departure from a stoplight is an opportunity to hit 8,000 rpm, every corner a chance to hang the tail out wide.Though not the quickest BMW M product, this one is arguably the most driver-centric. With just two seats, a modest trunk and no automatic transmission, the M Coupe and Roadster come close to being road-going race cars.Since the M is at the top of BMW's line, much of what's optional on the Z4 is standard. Standard fitments include 18-inch wheels, xenon HID headlights, leather sport seats and a 10-speaker audio system with a CD/MP3 player.The optional Premium Package is pretty much a must. Not because it gives you auto-dimming mirrors, power seats (with driver memory), BMW Assist, Bluetooth connectivity and a premium audio system -- it does -- but because BMW sneakily makes this rather pricey package the only way to get cruise control. Other options include heated seats, a navigation system, wood interior trim and higher-grade interior leather. Powertrains and PerformanceThe M has a 3.2-liter straight-6 engine that's rated for 330 hp at 7,900 rpm and 262 pound-feet of torque at 4,900 rpm. A six-speed manual gearbox is the sole transmission offering and a special limited-slip rear differential helps put the power to the pavement. In testing, we've found the M Coupe can hit 60 mph in 4.9 seconds. EPA fuel economy estimates are average for this class of car at 16 mpg city, 24 mpg highway.SafetyThe M comes with a stability control system, traction control, a tire-pressure monitor, rollover protection for the roadster and side airbags. Antilock disc brakes are also included, and they come with BMW's latest add-on features like automatic brake-disc drying. In NHTSA crash tests, the regular BMW Z4 Roadster earned four out of five stars for frontal-impact protection and a three-star rating for side-impact safety.Interior Design and Special FeaturesThe cockpit features a pair of aggressively bolstered sport seats, a chubby M edition steering wheel and a Motorsport-spec tachometer with a variable redline that settles at 8,000 rpm when the oil is fully warmed up. The speedometer reads to 180 mph, but the car's computer will cut you off at 155 mph. There's no iDrive available (thankfully, some would say) and the dash's knobs and buttons are exactly where you'd like them to be. The roadster's 9-cubic-foot trunk capacity remains almost unchanged when the top is lowered. The coupe, with its enclosed hatchback design, gives you a bit more space at 12.8 cubic feet. Driving ImpressionsSitting in the BMW M feels like you're riding on the rear axle, and that's almost true. That long straight-6 engine under the bulging hood needs to be balanced somehow, and the driver's weight helps to contribute to the M Coupe's 50/50 weight distribution. The view down that elongated hood from what feels like the backseat is a bit old-school, and charming, too. There's no doubt this is a front-engine rear-driver.Twist the key and the engine zings to life. It provides unrestrained gyrations up to the 8,000-rpm redline, along with a broad torque band that thrusts the car forward with the immediacy of a 1960s muscle car. Yet the M isn't for the casual driver. It feels like the Z4 the BMW engineers and test drivers originally intended to build before the focus groups electrified the steering, softened its edges and slowed its reflexes to make it less taxing to drive. The car's theme is immediacy: quick steering, instant brakes, direct throttle and caffeinated ride.

I am selling my 2007 M Roadster. This is a spectacular vehicle. I have owned since 11/13 and have loved every minute of it. I need room in the garage, so I am letting it go.This vehicle is a southern vehicle and has not been in the Snow or Salt. It has been in Arizona and Texas for most of its existence. This vehicle is being sold with NO DEFERRED MAINTENANCE needed. I had the dreaded BMW stage 2 service done on 11/22/14, approximately 500 miles ago. About a 1700.00 cost. At that service all fluids and filters were changed, along with plugs, brakes were checked, and found to be good condition, then cleaned and adjusted and the valve adjustment service was completed as required by BMW specs. The new tires have approx 2500 miles on them and are in fantastic shape. This vehicle is also listed with at a higher price with the OEM 19" Staggered Competition Wheels and tires instead of the factory 18's shown in this ad. This vehicle really likes the 19" wheels and rides much smoother than with the factory 18's. This was a BMW CPO vehicle, which means it was serviced and sold by BMW the second time with the 6yr/100,000 warranty. This vehicle has most of the service documented through the BMW historical, which I have access to, and will share a copy. This vehicle had very little warranty work over the course of its time, another good sign. When I purchased the vehicle, it showed 5500 miles left till the next service. I went ahead and changed the oil my self and then had the all fluids changed with the stage 2 service. This vehicle is a blast to drive. 330 HP 6speed and weighing in with less than 3200 lbs, it is a beast. The sport button in the console, when engaged, recalibrates the throttle response to a much stiffer throttle. I also added a new battery in 2014. I upgraded the side rocker panels to the BMW z4 aeropackage rockers for a more aggressive appearance. I still have the originals that will go with the vehicle. I added the front suspension tension bar for an even tighter drive. This vehicle is never raced or tracked, I just like the upgrades. It is only adult driven and never goes out in the rain. I am very OCD about my vehicles. When I sell a vehicle, it is usually in better shape than when I purchase it. When I purchased, some of the soft plastice on the steering wheel around the trim and the switches were scratched and showed some wear. So i replaced all of them and it looks like new and works perfectly. The interior is in excellent condition, no rips, scratches, not smoked in, and has new M floor mats. This is loaded with just about every option available and was originally priced at $62,225. This vehicle is equipped with the standard THX certified premium sound system. Fully automatic soft top, Tire pressure monitor, has the RARE Carbon leather dash and trim. I personally like it better than the stainless trim as it burns in the summer when you touch. It has Navigation with the lasted upgrade available, Aux input, HD radio, Heated memory seats with 3 settings, headlight washers, and auto headlight. You will be hard pressed to find another vehicle this clean and nice without needing any service. This vehicle is only hand washed, clay barred, and waxed by me, at home. It has not been detailed, and is represented as how I keep my vehicles. I have tried to be as honest as possible in my description. I recommend you inspect the vehicle yourself before purchasing, or schedule a certified inspector, at your expense. If you schedule an inspection please do so at least 48hrs prior to end of auction. This vehicle is being sold as-is, with no warranty implied or given. There are a couple of light scratches on the hood, nothing that shows up with my camera.Remember, it is still and 8 yr old vehicle, and overall it in is excellent condition. Refund policy.
