AWESOME M5 DEAL - This is a 540i Dinan 5 M Sport that is almost identical to the M5 from Germany - I have driven both and cannot feel or see a difference. It has almost 350 HP and over 365 lbs of Torque with a top speed of over 175 mph. I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO SELL THIS CAR BUT, I bought some land upstate and need a 4WD to go back and forth in the hills and snow. So, if you want a really fast powerful BMW luxury 4 seater, this is the best! (Read reviews in Car & Driver) This has a factory installed Dinan level 5 which kicks up everything mechanically to within 10% of the M5. (Look up Dinan 5) From the drivers point of view, this is an ultimate driving machine that I took very good care of since I had it since 2012. Garaged most of its life, serviced regularly and it just recently went thru a major 90K tune up. Mechanically it is great! Historically this car was always pampered no serious accidents but there are few small dings and minor scratches on the fender that can easily be fixed. The only accident was hitting a little deer going about 15 mph, she ran off but that did require minor repairs of the headlight and grill. It has a big Moon Roof, cup holders, leather seats, Michelin sport tires with a full sized spare in trunk. It is very comfortable and quiet to drive with great 2 sided heat and AC. Also has a 6 CD changer, GPS map system, and a sophisticated computer system that gives all sorts of info. So this car is ready to go!

Here it is! This is a very rare, extremely well kept 2007 BMW M5 6-speed manual transmission with only 77,546 original miles. This M5 is truly perfect with nothing needed at all. It just underwent servicing at BMW of Oyster Bay and it received a new high pressure Vanos Pump, New high Pressure oil line, and all seals and gaskets in conjunction with the repair. This service cost me about $4,300 dollars. These pumps are know to have issues and the average cost of this repair is upwards of $8,000 so no worries we have documentation of all the repairs from the dealer. We purchased this M5 directly from the insurance company about 6 month ago(ive been using it since than with my dealer plate), it was believed to have water damage but however it did not, when we received the car we did absolutely nothing to it. It did have a mud line approximately 4inches above the tire and it did not even reach the door. THERE WAS NEVER WATER IN THE CAR, ENGINE OR DRIVELINE components. It does have salvage history for that given reason. Everything works, functions and operated perfectly. We also did some performance modifications to it like twin(2) KNN air intakes that add 27 horsepower, we deleted the second set of catalystic converters and resonators that will add roughly 25 horsepower and we has the computer tuned so we can shut the traction control off and get the full horsepower without the computer taking away from it. When we had the Vanos pump replaced in July of 2014 we also did OEM spark plugs, oil change, breaks all around and lower control arm. If you are looking for a hassle, very rare 6 speed M5 than you have just found it! Buyer is responsible for transport and or pick up of the vehicle, if the vehicle is sold within NYS you will be responsible for tax and the car will need a 907A inspection that we can assist with.
