For sale I have my personal 2006 BMW E60 M5. The vehicle is equipt with the naturally aspirated, collectible 5.0 liter v10 which produces 500 horsepower, matched with the smg transmission which was made specifically for this vehicle! The vehicle starts/runs/drives flawless with absolutely zero issues whatsoever. If a buy it now is selected, a 12 month powertrain warranty will be provided which is good at any registered repair facility including BMW dealerships. I own a car dealership and purchased this vehicle for myself personally a year ago in Florida which is where the vehicle has been most of its life. I purchased the vehicle because it was a certified pre owned car which was pampered and maintained its entire life. I personally have owned two e63 m6's, and four e60 m5's and believe in my opinion that there is no better all around sports car for the money. The e60 provides space for the family, luxury for the business man, incredible power and speed for the enthusiast and is the most reliable choice for vehicles within similar performance class. The rod bearings were replaced on the vehicle at 92k miles which is a very common issue for these cars. This is normally a $3,000 routine maintenance job. The vehicle has two brand new rear tires that have less then 30 miles on them. The front tires are in great shape. The brake pads have been replaced within the last 500 miles with Hawk performance pads. The oil was recently changed with liquimolly 10w60. All normal routine maintenance was performed by my good friend at European auto in Schenectady Ny. He works on all german vehicles, but like myself, has a passion for BMW's. The vehicle also has had a muffler delete which makes the car sound absolutely amazing and I will never drive another m5 without it! (I do still have the stock mufflers) The vehicle has a clean carfax and autocheck history with zero accidents. The interior and exterior of the vehicle are in amazing shape for the year and mileage of the car. The exterior is near perfect with just a tiny chip in the removable rear spoiler as seen in the video. Two of the wheels have some minor curb rash which I can repair before the sale at $75 per wheel. The interior is in great shape with no holes, rips or tears, just minor and normal wear as shown in photos. When purchasing a high performance exotic vehicle such as this I urge you to seek a quality, maintained machine such as this one rather then the cheapest one on the internet. AWESOME M5 DEAL - This is a 540i Dinan 5 M Sport that is almost identical to the M5 from Germany - I have driven both and cannot feel or see a difference. It has almost 350 HP and over 365 lbs of Torque with a top speed of over 175 mph. I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO SELL THIS CAR BUT, I bought some land upstate and need a 4WD to go back and forth in the hills and snow. So, if you want a really fast powerful BMW luxury 4 seater, this is the best! (Look up Dinan 5) From the drivers point of view, this is an ultimate driving machine that I took very good care of since I had it since 2012. Garaged most of its life, serviced regularly and it just recently went thru a major 90K tune up. Mechanically it is great! Historically this car was always pampered no serious accidents but there are few small dings and minor scratches on the fender that can easily be fixed. The only accident was hitting a little deer going about 15 mph, she ran off but that did require minor repairs of the headlight and grill. It has a big Moon Roof, cup holders, leather seats, Michelin sport tires with a full sized spare in trunk. It is very comfortable and quiet to drive with great 2 sided heat and AC. Also has a 6 CD changer, GPS map system, and a sophisticated computer system that gives all sorts of info. So this car is ready to go!
