The top opens and closes while driving and also with the remote. You don't have to hold the button down for the top to work, just press and release... another nice upgrade. The car is complete luxury, performance, and a thrill to own and drive. You will see when you come by. This car has never seen snow or salt. The VIN number is in the last picture if you wish to run a car fax on it. There is a Platinum Level extended service warranty on this vehicle. It covers the costs of repairs just like a new car warranty. You would drop if off at BMW, get a loaner, and then pick up your car when it is repaired. There is a $100 deductible no matter how expensive the repair. The coverage is good until 3/2019 or 75,000 miles. If I cancel the warranty, I get back $2,600 from the warranty company. If you want the warranty, it will cost you an ADDITIONAL $2,600 from the accepted price we agree on the vehicle. I will not "throw it in", so please do not ask. I would strongly suggest purchasing the warranty for piece of mind and purely for the ability to get one at such a good price... and level of coverage.
