It is in good running condition, but needs a battery, it has been used to a minimum for the past 5 years. A/C working ok. Fair condition outside, paint on hood and the paint on bumpers starting to crack. The top is new bought a year ago and while changing it they cracked the plastic on the back - see pictures. All inside is genuine, the original tape radio/cd, but it needs to be changed/fixed. A few other issues: power lock on doors bothering, top motor needs change, passenger chair motor switch needs change Ask any questions please.

Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. The buyer must email/fax Exclusive Auto Imports a legible copy of his/her state issued driver's license and a current/valid insurance card after the deposit is made. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check/cashier's check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. All financial transactions must be completed and funds received by Exclusive Auto Imports before delivery of the vehicle can be scheduled. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately once the currency is verified - there may be a small fee applied for excessive cash handling situations. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days or possibly longer until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Additional Fees and Taxes The exact amount you can expect to pay for state-required tax, title, and tags will vary depending upon (1) the state in which you live, (2) the county where you will register your vehicle, (3) the weight of your vehicle, (4) whether you will have a trade-in vehicle, and (5) the type of license plate you select. You are bidding on a clean BMW Z# - no wrecks, no rust, garage kept. Car runs great. Top is in good condition - rear window was replaced recently and all seals are good - no rips or chunks missing. Front tires have about 5000 miles on them. Rears are older - I estimate maybe 10,000 more miles before they need to be replaced. The volume knob on the stereo needs to be cleaned - contact cleaner seems to do the job for a few months. Otherwise, everything works well. Just had the air conditioning recharged, and it blows cold (for a BMW anyway). This car was used as a driver, and it is several years old. It is a great running and good looking car, but it isn't pristine. It looks and runs much better than average for a 17 year old car. A great bargain for a nice convertible.
