I have attached pictures of the original damages. The passenger Fender was replaced. The hood, bumper, and passenger headlight are original and didn't have damage to it other than a scratches which was refinished when the fender was painted. The engine, suspension, and transmission were never damaged. All the damaged components were replaced with original BMW parts with factory specifications. Everything was repaired professionally with experienced body men and painters who have worked with high end cars like Mercedes, BMW, etc.All damaged parts were replaced with original factory parts. Repairs were done with professional painters and body man with extensive experience in foreign cars. Vehicle Transportation & Pickup Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require 2 days advance notice for any pickup or transportation. Payment Information If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (678)-705-9632 or by email through eBay or [email protected] to set up payment arrangements.We require a $500 non-refundable deposit(unless any default on the car is founbd that is not stated) which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to [email protected]. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for until the funds clear. We require 2 days Notice for any Pickup. Storage & Late Fee Terms Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for up to (30) calendar days . If the Payment is not made within 5 business Days, there will be $25 Charge per day after that until its paid and if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please DO NOT bid on our auctions. If you need extra time to pay for the auction or want us to store the car for longer period, please contact us before the Auction is over. Liquidated Damages In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle. Choice of Law & Forum Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and litigated in Fulton county. Sales Tax & Other Fees All Buyers in the State of Georgia will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Georgia will be done by AX Autos. Temporary Ceritfied Tag by the State of Georgia (30 days) will be provided after the sale is completed.
