This RS4 Cabriolet car looks absolutely fantastic; sporty - with its slightly lowered suspension, nineteen-inch wheels, and wider wheel arches - but still subtle. The driver's work environment in the RS4 is all business, but at the same time lacks for nothing in terms of luxury. The seats in this example are in excellent condition. Upholstered in fine, "Silk Nappa" leather with contrasting piping, they are deeply sculpted and very comfortable, offering a multitude of ways to adjust and hold you securely. The perforated leather-wrapped, multi-function steering wheel feels perfect. Start it up, and the high-revving, 420-hp V-8 sounds great; hit the "S" button (which quickens the throttle response and alters the exhaust flow) and it sounds even better. Putting the top down lets you drink in the sound all the better. This is a car where you find yourself holding a lower gear just to hear the engine rev. Speaking of that engine, it's the same unit that motivates the mighty R8. In this high-output naturally aspirated form, the 4.2L V8 is a prime example of what makes internal combustion engines so appealing. The aural symphony played by this beauty is absolutely scintillating. Putting your right foot down brings forth a roar that says in no uncertain terms that this car is not one with which to be trifled. With the fully lined and fully automatic roof retracted below the rear deck as the mill approaches its 8,000 rpm red-line, vibration is virtually nonexistent, but the sound sends a chill down your spine. With 420hp, the base front-wheel-drive setup of the A4 clearly would not do in an RS. The Quattro all-wheel drive does a great job of putting the power down via a 6-speed gearbox. Even with all that torque to transmit, shifting the RS4 is a blissfully simple task thanks to the wonderfully fluid and straightforward six-speed manual gearbox (the only transmission available) and perfectly tuned clutch. The shift mechanism is smooth and precise making it around town motoring easy. The steering is linear and nicely weighted. The standard dynamic ride control provides a surprisingly supple ride and firm, stoic grip through the corners. This is a car that never beats you up or bums you out; it's just a highly polished, highly seductive muscle machine that offers the option of the 360-degree view of the rushing scenery. Cruising around town with the top down is a pleasure, and compared to the RS4 sedan, it's far more exclusive: The total production run was only 300. up for sale is a very rare Audi RS4 Cabriolet, one of only 300. I really don't want to sell this car, but unfortunately i must. I meticulously take care of this car: premium gas, synthetic oil and all service. there are a few small scratches on the car (pictured) the car is all stock and runs and sounds like a beast with 420hp under the hood. recent carbon cleaning done 5,000 miles ago along with new spark plugs and coil packs, A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance, Always garaged, Excellent condition, Factory GPS system, Fully loaded with all the goodies, Looks & drives great, New tires, Satellite radio, Very clean interior, Well maintained car trunk cargo latch is broken, its the part the increases storage space in the trunk. the rear tire has a bubble but will be fixed along with a wheel alignment. someone backed into my rear bumper and scratched it so i had that painted, i have pictures so you can see the before and after (no accidents). I have had no problems with this car and it is fast and sounds like an animal big head turner. the car currently has a lien, once the car is sold i will go to the bank with you, you can pay the bank directly or pay me and i will get the necessary documents to release the lien.
