This is a great looking and running A4! The paint is glossy, reflective, and in over all good condition, showing just a few of the normal blemishes you would expect from a car of this vintage. This car has spent its life here in Florida as there is no rust anywhere to be found. Over all the bodywork on this car is in good condition. I have tried to capture the car's appearance in the pictures, so be sure to check them out for the complete story. The interior of this Audi is in fantastic condition. The pictures speak for themselves here. The A/C is ice cold and has been observed to cool the cabin effectively even on the particularly hot days we have had here recently. The leather seats look great, with no rips or tears. Please check out the pitcures! This is a very good running 1.8L Turbo Audi. The car fires right up and runs well. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The check engine light is on, and upon scanning reveals only a small evap leak (emmisions related) and does not affect the way this car runs or drives. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises.
