The sport mode for the transmission only makes it more enjoyable. THE GOOD NEWS:• October 2010: Purchased as Acura Certified Pre-Owned dealer fleet vehicle in Minnesota with 11,250 miles. Since purchase, one owner (me!); operated mainly in Northern California.• All vehicle services were timely per the maintenance schedule and were completed only by Acura dealerships (with the exception of one wheel-alignment service). All service records since my purchase are available.• Purchased from dealer with extended warranty (7 years / 100,000 total miles). The remainder of warranty is transferable to you! 16 months / ~20,000 miles left for your peace of mind. The transfer costs $50.00.• No major accidents. The one accident reported in October 2013 involved the driver's side mirror contacting a pedestrian at low speed.
