2016 ACURA RDX AWD WITH COLLISION DAMAGE. Damage: Front bumper, left front fender, left front door, left front hinge pillar , left front section of rocker panel, drivers airbag, left front lower control arm, left front axle and left front wheel and tire. This vehicle was totaled by the insurance company after the body shop starting to disassemble the interior and the left side outer rocker and hinge pillar. All the parts appear to be inside the vehicle. We did not attempt to start this vehicle since it is apart.We located a used left front door for $800. additional and the left side outer rocker/pillar section is $513 additional new from Acura. This is a great winter project for a hands on guy/ body shop owner. The insurance company paid out $32,000. on this vehicle. The body has lights dents on the driver door/fender area, right quarter and light bump on the roof behind the sunroof. The sunroof glass, windshield, driver door and right rear passenger door glass are broken. There is no structural damage to the sunroof and the dent is behind the sunroof so it should be easily repairable. The dash has no damage due to the caved in windshield (see interior pics below). No suspension damage observed. No mechanical damage observed. All airbags are good. Has great looking tires. No warning lights on the dash. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. Overall should be a easy fixer with light body work to fix the body dents and no major parts needed besides the broken glass.
