We enjoyed almost 4 years there when an explosion and fire completely destroyed the building. Amazingly, no one was hurt. We operated out of a trailer for a few months until later that year, 1982, we moved our BMW showroom to Passaic Street in Maywood. This building still houses our BMW Service & Parts Center. We have since built a beautiful new BMW showroom on Route 17 North. Looking to expand our customer base and develop a new reach into the marketplace, we added Tenafly Ford in 1988. Now known as Park Ave Ford, our new acquisition in Tenafly brought an exciting new challenge to what was now becoming the Park Ave Auto Group. We're renovated our showroom since then but we're still at our original Sales on County Road and Service on Jersey Avenue locations.
