This will be a local sale, payment to be made in person in cash or with a personal or bank check and with a trip to the bank upon which the check is drawn for immediate cashing before transferring the vehicle over to the new owner. When the transaction is complete, the new owner will have in their possession the vehicle as described above, the Bill of Sale and the car title/pink slip officially signed over to them in their name as the new legal owner. The state of Nevada does not require sales tax when purchasing a car from a private individual. Dealers must charge 8.25% sales tax based upon the purchase price of the car, new or used. The car is in perfect condition except for a couple of minor areas: * There is a very small dent on the driver's side front fender- the paint is unaffected and the dent is only visible from certain angles. * The window tinting is perfect in all areas except along the lower edge of the driver's side window. There is a patch there, 2 - 3 inches from the bottom, that is visible from the inside, but barely noticeable from the outside. * The hood struts no longer support the hood. I only opened the hood once every 3 years (approximately) to replace the battery (that's how long a 5 year battery lasts here in the desert), so it didn't seem worth replacing them. It's very easy to prop the hood open with a long handled tool to change the battery. If someone is planning on working under the hood for some reason, the struts are inexpensive and easy to replace.* There was a very minor accident about 2 years ago. A tourist in a rental car made a U turn in front of me causing me to apply the brakes and swerve to avoid him. There was slight damage to the front right fender and headlight. Those 2 parts were replaced with original Acura parts so are new. There was no involvement with any structural or suspension parts, so no work was done to any of them. The car is exactly as it was before the incident, except that it now has a new front right fender and headlight assembly. Paint matching was perfect - you can't tell they're not original parts. I have the itemized receipt listing the work that was done provided by the insurance company for your inspection. Otherwise, the exterior and interior, including the all-leather seats and trim, and engine/drivetrain are in excellent, like-new condition. No leaks, no burning of oil,no shifting issues, whether automatic or manual with "tiptronic" shifting. Acceleration and braking, with 4 wheel disc brakes, are superb. It's a great car and a pleasure to drive.
