Car Ownership HistoryThis car has been owned by 2 car enthusiasts (excluding myself) and in this way has been kept in pristine condition. I purchased the car as a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from a St. Louis BBB accredited dealership just one year ago. Most of the 78K miles on the car are "highway miles:" the first owners used the car mostly to commute to and from work, and I have used the car ONLY to commute to and from school over the last year. I am very cautious and made sure to check the service history before purchasing the car: the previous owners had the oil changed every 3,000 miles and had the car serviced every 15,000 miles. Over the past year or so that I have owned the car, I have had the oil changed every 3,000 miles at a local St. Louis auto shop. Extended WarrantyWhen I purchased the car (with 72,934 miles), I also bought an extended Basic Car Care Warranty that is valid for 100K miles or 5 years: I.e. until 2019 or until 173,934 miles (warranty didn't start until 1K miles after purchase), which ever comes first. The price of this warranty was $2,650 (I have the warranty paperwork and obviously will give it to you if you purchase the car). If you amortize the warranty for 6K miles on both a mileage basis and yearly basis, the warranty is worth either $2,491 or $2,210, respectively. I will sell this warranty for only $2,000, and it will be included in the price of the car. So, the car is itself is selling for 15K, and the warranty for 2K. Title InformationAs of now, the bank owns the original title, as I have taken out an auto loan to finance this vehicle. I have a duplicate copy of the title to show proof of ownership (I.e. that I have paid more than 60% of the vehicle off). In this way, after any buyer remits payment, it will take 4 business days for me to get the original title to you. Please plan ahead for this time gap.
