The 2007 and up XC90s like just like the 2014 model! This XC90 features Volvo's brand new for 2007 3.2 Liter Inline-6 Cylinder engine. This engine offers better fuel economy, more power, and a more responsive driving experience than the turbocharged 5 cylinder used on previous models because it has 30 more horsepower. These are the perfect balance of great fuel economy, incredible reliability, and excellent power. This XC90 is particularly special because it has the BLIS (Blind Sport Information System) option which uses cameras to monitor the presence of vehicles in your XC90's blind spot. It also has the upgraded silver "bumper bar" which gives the car a more modern and rugged look. The interior of this XC90 is in very good condition. 2007 Volvo XC90 3.2 AWD Pennant Motors is pleased to present this beautiful 2007 Volvo XC90. For those who haven't driven an XC90, they are about the most comfortible cars ever made. The seats are almost too comfy to describe. 2007 is the first year for a major facelift to the XC90. The exterior has new front and rear bumpers, skid plates and more. There are also a lot of great additional interior features. The taillights are also a more modern design. The 2007 and up XC90s like just like the 2014 model! This XC90 features Volvo's brand new for 2007 3.2 Liter Inline-6 Cylinder engine. This engine offers better fuel economy, more power, and a more responsive driving experience than the turbocharged 5 cylinder used on previous models because it has 30 more horsepower. These are the perfect balance of great fuel economy, incredible reliability, and excellent power. Something else that's important to note is that this XC90 has the fairly rare option of Active Bending Adaptive Bi-Xenon Headlamps. These are fully high intensity discharge headlamps which follow the curves in the road by instantly turning along with your steering wheel. It's an amazing feature which I have in both of my Volvos! This XC90 was just traded into one of our local Volvo dealerships on a new XC60. They bought it from them as a certified pre-owned car which means it was covered by Volvo's CPO warranty until quite recently. We maintain relationships with several Volvo dealerships throughout the country which allows us access to their trade in Volvos. We then acquire them to offer on ebay because we feel used Volvos are the best used car value on the market today. The interior of this XC0 is in SPECTACULAR condition. It has soft beige / sandstone leather XC heated seats with beautiful wood accents on the dash and console. The car has the "high performance sound" Alpine audio system upgrade which sounds excellent. It has a 6 disc CD changer in the dash which reads MP3 and WMA CDs, as well as standard CDs, of course. It also has an AUX input near the center cup holders. These are all features which started in 2007. It also has a power moonroof. The previous owner of this car was definitely a non-smoker. These cars don't even come with cigarette lighters or ash trays, just power outlets. There is a cup holder that accommodates two beverages, as well as a cup holder built into each front door. There are also several in the rear of the car. This Volvo has dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags, and curtain airbags for the front and rear seats. The 17 inch alloy wheels are in perfect condition and feature new style "iron mark" center caps since this is a 2007 model year. Overall, this is a great looking XC90. There are virtually no scratches or dings on the exterior. This is a beautiful XC90. This XC90 has nearly brand new tires which are all matching. The brake pads and rotors are brand new all the way around so the car stops exactly as it should. This is an exceptional example of a low mileage XC90. 2005 Volvo XC90 2.5t AWD Pennant Motors is pleased to present this beautiful 2005 Volvo XC90. For those who haven't driven an XC90, they are about the most comfortible cars ever made. The seats are almost too comfy to describe. These also feature Volvo's proven and legendary turbocharged 5 cylinder engine. What makes this XC90 incredibly special is how it is optioned. Those who follow our auctions know that we sell somewhere around 100 Volvos a year, the majority of which are XC90s. This is the very first XC90 we've ever had that has had cloth interior. Heated cloth interior is so wonderful in the winter. I actually didn't even know that cloth was possible on the XC90 in the USA until we saw this car. Perhaps it was an Overseas Delivery car which was specially optioned. The interior of this XC0 is in nearly new condition. It has Oak (tan) Cloth XC heated seats with beautiful walnut accents on the dash and console. The car has the "high performance sound" Alpine audio system upgrade which sounds excellent. It also has a power moonroof. The previous owner of this car was definitely a non-smoker. These cars don't even come with cigarette lighters or ash trays, just power outlets. There is a cup holder that accommodates two beverages, as well as a cup holder built into each front door. There are also several in the rear of the car. This Volvo has dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags, and curtain airbags for the front and rear seats. It's got the WHIPS whiplash protection system as well which prevents whiplash in the event of a rear-end collission. The XC90s feature a an active-rollover stability system which uses the stability control system to prevent the car from rolling. It is virtually impossible to roll an XC90. It also features rain sensitive windshield wipers, along with heated mirrors and headlight wipers, which are part of the climate package. There is a nice set of original floor mats included with the car. There is an imperfection in the seat bottom of the drivers seat which is visble in the photos. It's very minor and otherwise the interior of this car is GORGEOUS. The exterior of this XC90 is in remarkably great condition, and Ice White in color. The exterior of the car is actually in very nice condition, and there aren't any major flaws to note. We couldn't even find any door dings or parking scratches on this car. It's truly in amazing condition. Even the 17 inch alloy wheels are in nearly perfect condition. Overall, this is a great looking XC90. By signing below, you represent that you have reviewed the following and agree unconditionally. 1. Entire Agreement - The terms and conditions memorialized in this Sales Agreement comprise the complete, entire and final agreement between Buyer and Seller. No other terms, negotiations, proposals, representations, commitments, understandings or agreements between Buyer and Seller, either written or oral, shall be valid or enforceable, unless expressly contained in the Sales Agreement. The Sales Agreement may be modified or amended only upon express written consent of both parties. 2. "AS IS" - Buyer acknowledges that the automobile contemplated by this transaction is a used automobile and is offered for purchase in its current state, or, "as is." Seller makes no guarantee as to condition, mileage, year, model or any other circumstance regarding the automobile. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturers warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Purchase - Buyer is deemed to have purchased the automobile upon satisfaction of each of the following events: (1) Buyer and Seller have executed this Sales Agreement; (2) Seller has issued the registration (either Pennsylvania or in transit registration); (3) Buyer has executed the "Buyers Guide"; (4) Buyer has paid, in full, for the automobile; and, (5) Buyer has taken possession of the automobile. Buyer shall be deemed to have taken possession of the automobile, and therefore, any and all risks associated with possession, at the time the automobile is removed from Sellers premises, either by Buyer, Buyers agent or shipper (regardless or whether Seller arranged shipping on Buyers behalf). 4. Limited Warranty - THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER ARISING BY IMPLICATION OR BY OPERATION OF LAW). Force Majeure - Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance hereunder due in whole or in part to (i) acts of God, (ii) strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, (iii) civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, or explosion, (iv) acts of any governmental agency or authority, (v) unforeseen circumstances (vi) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining any necessary governmental approvals, permits or licenses, (vii) mechanical failure, (viii) or any other cause which is not within the reasonable control of Seller, whether or not of the kind specifically enumerated above. 7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Notice shall be delivered to the address specified below. 9. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision hereof and no single waiver shall be held to constitute a continuing waiver or subsequent waiver.
