2008 VOLVO S80 T6 3.0 LITER ALL WHEEL DRIVE SEDAN WITH COLLISION DAMAGE. Don't let the mileage scare you. This vehicle runs and drives like a top and is very clean considering the mileage and model year.The interior is very clean , however the passenger front seat shows the most wear. Equipped: 3.0 liter engine, All wheel drive, power heated leather front seats, heated rear seats, 17" alloy wheels, moon roof, dual exhaust, wood trim, tires have approximately 70% tread remaining. Damage: Front bumper cover right front portion is scraped,left headlamp washer is missing the small cover, right headlamp washer may need to be replaced, right fender and right halogen headlamp need to be replaced, right side doors, right rear quarter panel and rear bumper appear to be repairable. The trunk has a few small dents on the top portion.Vehicle is being sold in condition "AS IS!" with a New York repairable salvage certificate MV907A. Such titles include Reconstructed, Flood, Recovered Theft, and Salvage Titles. Our inventory features both damaged vehicles with salvage titles that need to be repaired and vehicles that we have already repaired at our facility which now come with Reconstructed, Flood, or Recovered Theft branded titles. All vehicles that we repair pass through a reconstruction inspection by a state certified enhanced inspection mechanic and are ready to be driven and enjoyed with no further repairs or servicing needed. From time to time our inventory will also contain damaged or previously damaged vehicles which still retain their clean titles. We always disclose if a vehicle has had prior accident damage even if it has been repaired and still has a clean title. That is the major difference between Feretti Motors and many of our competitors. If a vehicle's price seems to good to be true, then there is most likely a reason for it. Terms of Sale & Condition The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales. Payment Methods Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Negative Feedback Bidders We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating must email us or call us prior to bidding. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
