She has owned car for the past five years always maintained including all oil changes done on time. New timing belt installed with water pump and Pulleys at approximately 105,000 Miles. Body and paint in decent shape. Interior is in decent shape, non-smoker, all electronics work, loaded as Volvo are. The tires were replaced 1 year ago however they are negotiable with selling price I do have four other replacement tires in fair condition and rims which can always be installed with a negotiated selling price. Current Miscellaneous Issues Include 1.Right side window regulator needs replacement have replacement part. 2. Air-conditioning needs to be charged low on refrigerant. 3. Left side door pillar fabric loose needs to be reglued. 4. Driver side Power seat needs attention may have short or may need motor replaced. The Bad, The Ugly A few days ago my daughter was driving in Waterford and the car died. Evaluated situation today discovered serpentine belt tensioner broke causing the serpentine belt to break as well. Unfortunately when the belt broke it became wrapped around one of the timing belt tensioners causing the tensioner to break as well. I have no knowledge on whether or not the motor jumped timing. But purchaser must assume the worst as this is an interference motor and would need to be repaired with a replacement head due to bent valves or replace motor.
