2005 Volvo S80 2.5t We are pleased to present this incredibly nice Volvo S80 2.5t. These S80s are actually very difficult to find in the later years of the first body style. It's a shame because as this design of the S80 aged, the reliability and quality of the cars REALLY improved. It was when Volvo began offering the S80 with the 5 Cylinder engine that these cars became a fantastic upgrade from the previous models. The seats are the most comfortable seats I've personally ever experienced. I, myself, drive a newer S80 (a 2008), and I prefer the seats in this 2005 to the ones in my car. Secondly, the condition of this car is absolutely spectacular! The interior truly looks like it has never been used! The leather looks new except for very slight wear on the drivers seat. The interior of this S80 is in very, very good condition. It has arena tan leather heated seats with beautiful walnut accents on the dash and door panels. The car has the "high performance sound" Alpine audio system upgrade which sounds excellent. The previous owner of this car was definitely a non-smoker. These cars don't even come with cigarette lighters, just power outlets. There is a cup holder that accommodates two beverages in the center console, and there is a single cup holder in each door pocket. This Volvo has dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags, and curtain airbags for the front and rear seats. It also features rain sensitive windshield wipers, along with heated mirrors and headlight wash and wipe, which are part of the climate package. I can't stress how amazing the condition of this car's interior is. The passenger and back seats appear to have never been used, and the drivers seat has very very minimal wear. The interior could pass for having less than 30k miles on it, easily! The exterior of this S80 is in GORGEOUS condition, and is Ash Gold in color. The exterior of the car is nearly perfect, and this is actually a very rare color on the S80. It's almost exclusively used on the Cross Country models, and I think it looks fantastic on the S80. This is the first S80 we've had in this color and it's just gorgeous. The car has no accident history at all. The 16 inch alloy wheels are in fabulous condition. We actually acquired this Volvo from a Volvo dealership where it was just traded in on a brand new S80 by its owner. We have relationships with many Volvo dealerships across the country, and have access to their trade-ins. This allows us to choose the best of the best. The tires are all matching Michelins with very good tread remaining. The brakes are in good shape and the car stops as it should. The legendary 2.5 Liter low pressure turbocharged 5 cylinder engine runs flawlessly and is very smooth. I personally drove this car over 100 miles back from where we purchased it at a Volvo dealership about 100 miles south of here and it drove perfectly. It was extremely smooth and had no abnormal vibrations. It performed as new. The owners manual set is included. In addition to that, we are a Bosch Service Center, and our technician has performed an extensive multi-point inspection on the car to make certain that it is mechanically sound. What makes this car exceptionally special is that it is one of the very few all wheel drive first generation s80s made. Secondly, it has INCREDIBLY rare two tone heated cloth seats. Maybe one in 200 Volvos have cloth interior, and this is literally the first and only S80 we have ever seen with cloth interior. It is so comfortable, especially with the fact that they are heated. I would speculate that if this isn't one of a kind in the USA, it's one of less than 10 or 20. Especially considering it's an All Wheel Drive model. Here is a 2006 Volvo S80 with 143K miles.It runs and drives like new, very powerful. Mechanically I would rate it 10/10 because of the recent work done which I will include below in detail.Interior is in very good condition. The seats are almost like new as shown in pics. No rips or tears, everything intact. There are some minor dings and scratches and bumper marks, tires have about 60% thread left. The only minor issue with the car is the driver side window regulator. When I got the car the glass was off of track, I was able to put it back but for some reason the regulator arm was bent, it was probably jammed, so it works right now, perfectly goes down but when putting up need to pull it little bit, if the arm can be straightened out little bit more it would work just fine.
