Hey guys! I am selling my 1998 Navy Blue Volvo S70. I drove this car for about 3 years. In that time, I replaced all four tires. I never had a single mechanical issue with it. Great low mileage on this car for the year (1998). This will last several more good years of driving! Volvo makes a solid car and this is the last year of Volvo which is not fully automated requiring a computer for repairs (meaning if you're handy, you can do most / a lot of mechanical repairs yourself... if needed, though as I said I've never needed to do so). I'm sad to sell, though I moved to NYC and no longer need a vehicle. A few more things about the car... It is a salvage title (someone rear ended me at a traffic light and the car was deemed a total due to it being an older year vehicle). I had my mechanic do a full inspection and found the car to be in perfect mechanical condition, so I decided to keep the car. It had only exterior damage (which was repaired with insurance claim). There is some minimal damage to the taillight and rear (it was involved in a hit and run, while parked). Solely cosmetic stuff which does not need to be repaired to drive the vehicle (taillight may need replacing, but you can buy a taillight lens on Ebay and DIY). Some light chipping on the bumper from parallel parking in the city. There are some small quirks with it being an older car... the driver's side seat requires using a preset button to move it forward, it is automatic and the motor is slow. Operating the windows up and down may be finicky, but they will certainly seal shut. There has never been any water damage. The interior of the car is very clean and in perfect condition. The leather interior has no scratches or tears. I always covered the back seat with a blanket to protect the leather. Sunroof is great to have! Seals shut, and again no leaks! Some peeling of paint / rubber trimming... all normal for the older year of the car and has not compromised the quality of interior at all. I recharged the AC with one can of freon about two summers ago and it's been running cool ever since. Perfect starter car, will last many more years to come!! I've never had any mechanical problems and I've owned the car for years!! Selling AS IS @ $1,895. Cash only. Come to our location to pick up and bring a tag to drive away.
