This Karmann Ghia was restored by us, new paint, new interior, relatively recent rebuild. Not show quality, but beautiful and strong running driver, with looks that get attention. Since it is a later 60s VW is has much more zip than earlier models. Pics are accurate. Main non original thing is the front nose, replaced after a knock, with aftermarket glass front (very common). Chrome in great shape. Sports wheel for great control and special hi watt stereo. Includes great bass (but not crazy) and quality speakers, all without sacrificing the original look. There is a small tear (about 1" long) on the INTERIOR of the roof in the headliner. This is separate from the top which is intact and excellent. Also, the edges of the interior headliner need some tack down, easy. We use with top down 95% of the time, but top up driving is great. Top functions well and is all intact and of course is leakproof. At the height of the classic sports car era, VW decided it wanted to make a beautiful sports car for average people. They hired one of the world's famous designers, Ghia, and asked him to make a car that would look beautiful always, even in 100 years. And he did. Lots of looks for the beautiful lines of this car. Our car is sold "as is" and is available for complete inspection. Many national transport companies are available to deliver this car.
