I bought the car after the timing belt broke. I already had an engine for it with 119k miles. The car has a clean green Michigan title, 1.8 turbo Engine has 119k miles on it and it has BRAND NEW: Timing belt,timing belt tension-er and pulley,water pump, serpentine belt, all 4 coils,spark plugs, brand new tires with only 26 miles on them,fresh oil ,filter and coolant. Clutch was recently done. Car itself has 170k miles,ac,cd player,power windows and locks. Not rusty,body is in good shape. This car runs smooth and fast.

The front leather bucket seats are comfortable yet well bolstered and shaped to hold you firmly in place. Then we come to my favorite part of the interior, the steering wheel. I think that the boys at VW must have snuck down pit lane at the last Indy meet and stolen them off the race cars parked there. It’s one of the best looking wheels that I have encountered and it makes you realize that you’re in something a little bit special. This is also reinforced by the shape and feel of the gear knob. 2005 Volkswagen GTI in very nice condition. Just had the water pump and timing belt replaced by an ex VW Technician. Very nice tires and wheels, nice inside with just a few marks and dings on outside. Runs great, lots of fun for little money. No warning lights. No airbag light, no check engine light. My wife and I moved out of San Francisco (w/ parking), and settled down in the East Bay. We now have a kid on the way and need a 4-door car... you've probably heard the story. This was my car, my wife's MINI gets to stay a little longer. I bought the car from a Magician (no kidding) who couldn't work the 5-speed anymore due to knee issues - so it's a two owner car. I'll miss this car. The mileage is low for the year because I took public transport (Muni) while living in San Francisco. The car is quick. I bought the car with 18,000 miles on it. At around 20,000 miles I chipped the ECU with APR software so instead of 180 hp it's probably closer to 200 hp, which on a car this light makes it very quick. Additionally, the stock exhausted was replaced with a Milltek sport system for a little extra performance. The exhaust sound is nice, not obnoxious, very deep... but subtle. It sounds good. I've keep the majority of all service records, and noted updates in the service book included with the car. The car also comes with a speed radar, which I didn't use but is easy to hook up. Oil service was just completed along with a mechanic's write up if interested. KBB pricing for excellent condition is $6,192, Very good $5,819, and Good Condition $5,367. I'm asking $5,300.

2001 Volkswagen Golf GTI Turbo 5 speed Rebuilt Salvage title. Car is a good car still has a lot of life left no check engine lights on ran good good when I drove it has a little over 185,000 miles but clutch needs replaced and throw out bearing needs replaced . Just needs a little tlc. I have the new clutch and flywheel already paid $300 for it just needs put in. Car is somewhat drivable but I would have it towed. Car has heated leather seats that work very well heat works good Sunroof opens but doesn't slide back. Interior is is good shape. Front windshield has a crack in the front. Passenger side door need a window motor. Does have Some rust as you can see in the pics. Some minor repairs. Pick up only and cash only. Please email with any questions.

Timing chain broke, Motor turns over no compression. Engine has 150K, Body 203K. New clutch and 5spd transmission last summer. New Starter, New Tires this past spring, New control arm bushings and rear bushings, New springs and strut mounts, New wheel bearings. Fully loaded. Pwr Sunroof, Leather, heated seats, Monsoon audio. Rebuild and drive or part out. I am the second owner, My good friend bought it brand new. I can honestly say I took great care of this car. It has very little rust, I have always cleaned it myself. I wish I could keep and fix it as a second car but Ive already invested in a new vehicle.

I am selling my 2003 Silverstone Grey GTI 1.8t w/ 5 speed manual transmission. This is all around a great car. I have owned it since 88,000 miles.
