This is a beautiful well kept car !.. I am a licensed California dealer that restores Volkswagen Westfalias for a living and bought this car for my wife to commute to work. We bought this Golf TDI brand new from Bozzani Volkswagen in southern California and it has been a great car with unbelievable MPG. We have many cars and just bought a new Mercedes so it's time for this car to go. This Golf TDI is the United Gray color, it's a four door with automatic transmission with optional paddle shifters. It has power windows, locks, AC, Sunroof, Moonroof, Sirius Radio and multiple CD changer. The diesel engine these new TDIs utilize is state of the art, they are quite, idle smooth, very powerful, and there isn't any diesel smoke or smell. This is a major break through for diesel technology. And if you want to go green, the Golf TDI is as green or I say greener than the Prius and has won many green car awards. This car is fast and sporty so it's hard and not as fun to putt along. On flat level ground at 55 MPH we have recorded 56 MPG but even at 80 MPH you can get around 40 MPG. This ain't like your grand daddys diesel. Anyway, As with all of our cars, we take extreme care and caution with them. We always park in the right spots to avoid door dings and parking lot damage. There is Not One door ding or scratch on this car, just check out the pictures. This car has never had any damage what so ever, no fender benders, nothing. All original paint, all the way around. The only thing you will find if you look real close are some normal rock chips on the front bumper area, but now we are talking about minutiae. I just did a professional polish and wax on the paint and you tell me if it doesn't look fantastic. I did this myself starting with clay, then buffing with Meguiar's 95, then Meguiar's 66, and then I applied my new secret weapon from Pro Products, Satin Creme. This Satin Creme is the best finishing product I've come across in 30 years of my restoration business. I know, I know, everybody has their favorites and this is my new favorite, but you won't find anything better. Satin Creme gives the paint a soft feel and your hand just glides across the top of it. This golf has 74,000 miles on it, but looks as good as most cars with half these miles because of the care we have taken. We don't smoke, and we do not eat in our cars, so the interior is like new. We didn't have to shampoo the carpets or seats because we never let them get dirty. Once you start cleaning with these harsh chemicals the car stinks and it's just a mess. Then you have to put air fresheners in to cover the smell, it's horrible. None of that here, this car still has a hint of new car smell. Look at the pictures of the trunk area, it's perfect. We covered the cover so it even looks new. And look at the rear bumper and threshold, it looks excellent, all you have to do is be careful and lift your luggage over the threshold and bumper so you don't scar it. The entry at all four doors looks excellent too, you just have to lift your feet when you get in so you don't scar the paint. Now, Mechanically, everything works perfectly and there are not any issues. We put new Perelli Tires on about 6 months ago so the tires look great. These Perelli tires relieved about half the ground noise. I can't believe the difference. We have completed all the scheduled maintenance on time so everything is in great shape. The biggest and most important upgrade we have had done to the car is the new fuel pump kit. There is a premature fuel pump failure that is not uncommon with the 2010 to 2013 TDIs. This can cost alot of money if the dealer won't cover it. This was done at about 66K miles at Bozzani Volkswagen free of charge. Bozzani Volkswagen is a great Dealership and they really took care of us. This car is in fantastic condition and is ready to go.
