Hi everyone, up for sale is my 2006 GTI. It currently has about 96,000 miles on it but, the miles will go up slowly since I still use it. I have owned the car for about four years now and would like to sell it to buy a minivan for the family.There are no mechanical problems with my car whatsoever. Engine, turbo, clutch, brakes, etc... are all in great/excellent condition. Most of the recommended pre-maintenance/scheduled maintenance was done between 70k-85k miles. Some of these things include:Timing belt and water pump replacements-around 70kTune-up at around 78kClutch replacement-around 80k-Stock clutch (Manual transmission oil was also replaced).Brakes and rotors were changed at 85k-Stock brakes and rotorsFront axels changed at around 90kCabin Filter was recently changed (not so important, but it is done)Radiator was also replaced due to a small leak-Around 75k (did not have to but replaced it anyway)Synthetic Oil Change between every 3k-4.5k---Mobile 1 or Castrol (VW recommended one)Other than these the car has some after market parts installed.Some of these include:APR Stage 2 software3" down pipeAWE Cat-back ExhaustFront DifferentialK&N Intake-Filter was cleaned recentlyUpgraded DV (upgraded to the new-electronic one)Aftermarket IntercoolerDogbone MountBoost GaugeAftermarket Tail Lights (Euro)I have receipts for the major repairs such as clutch, timing belt, etc... The aftermarket parts can be seen by inspection.The aftermarket parts on this car cost about 3k-4k just by themselves. The car pushes about 280 HP at peak probably.I have never raced this car. I have only done spirited driving, that is all. I have the clean NJ title in hand (the car never left NJ in its entire life) Clean Carfax/Autocheck.Please bring someone with a knowledge on these vehicles or we can bring it to a mechanic of your choice.
